Today I went to this smoothie king and the young lady working was incredible. She was so polite and working so hard to be by herself and she did have a crowd I am assuming from veteran’s day special. She absolutely ROCKED it. You could never see her get frustrated running the drive through the inside lobby and the on line orders. For her to be by herself and this isn’t the first time I have been here and she is very polite and she is ALWYAS by herself. Handles the crowd amazing. I was there around noonish today. I only had to wait a few minutes for the amount of people there was there. I would go back as long as she is working. KIDDOS TO YOU YOUNG LADY

We waited for more than 20min at the drive thru for 2 items, we were the only customer at the entire store. When I was handed my first item, I asked if it would be much longer for my 2nd item because I was in a hurry ( had already waited 10min for 1st item, 2nd item was acai bowl). They took another 10min. I don’t know what it was but like I said store was empty, I will not be going back to this location. Also they were out of bananas and Yougurt pretzels on a Sunday ! I went from ordering 4 items down to 2 !

Went through the drive-through twice to have them make me a smoothie bowl first time it was completely melted. Second time it was half melted. I didn’t go through a third time because the line was so long.

Went to smoothie king today. The employee was rude so i didn’t tip, the worker then decided to take 20 minutes to take my smoothie. I was the only one in the store and there was one person in the drive through.

Every time I’ve been to the store they’ve had a really long line. I’m not sure if they are shortstaffed or if that’s just the norm around here but make sure you have plenty of time when visiting. Also, it’s so tiny. I wonder how many people they have in there.

I order from this smoothie king on the app on my way to work probably once a week. Today, after paying for my order on the app, there is literally no one here. Someone else had already arrived, also frustrated and wrote on the dew on the window. It is completely unacceptable to have customers pay for your product and then to not even be open when they arrive.

I went here a couple weeks back and this store was disgusting. I waited in the drive thru forever with no service. I went inside there was only one person working and a trail of ants from the door to the kitchen. There were more bugs than employees in plain site. I asked for a strawberry banana smoothie and could have sworn I saw a grub/maggot? Definitely a worm of some sort in my smoothie?!?!??!??! There was no manager to speak with on duty and the employee looked like a teenager. I will NEVER go here again. How has this place not been shut down???

Absolutely no customer service.
I was double charged on Tuesday 2/11. When using the drive thru the gal said she had to scan my app twice. Since the first time it did not go through… WHICH IT DID. So i was charge price. I have called twice asking about the refund process. Olivia informed me she couldn’t handle it and would have someone get back to me right away. Still no word.
Decided to go into the location and no one could help. So at this point I’m over this.
I use this location a lot. They use to be amazing when they first opened.. but now everything is just terrible. Slow drive thru and terrible customer service.
