Customer Service Queen
If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered 2 açaí bowls and the bases were freezer burned and disgusting!!! See the video!
When I asked for a refund or a coupon as these were horrible. The employee refused! She said she couldn’t and the manager would call me the next day.
The manager Stephanie never called me like the employee said she would.
And today almost month later when I went back in to talk to the manager- they still refused to make it right!!
All this for $30 ….
Go to a different smoothie king if you want an edible açaí bowl or any sort of customer service!!
Response- your manager admitted nobody reached out to me. So either you’re lying or she is. It’s all on video…
You premake the açaí and it tastes like crap. We only ate the toppings!! So charge me for the toppings… offer me something! I asked for a coupon or a refund! Your employee refused both! Other than sorry we served you forever burned food. We ate none of the açaí as it’s absolutely disgusting!! And I waited until the other customers left the store to complain.
The policy is
“And as always, your satisfaction is guaranteed. Love your Smoothie or we’ll blend you another.”
I have never had an issue with customer service at Smoothie King!

The smoothies here are always fresh and flavorful with plenty of options to choose from. The menu makes it easy to find something healthy while still tasting great. Service is usually quick, and the shop is kept clean and welcoming. It’s a nice place to stop by for a refreshing drink, whether after a workout or just to cool off during the day

I ordered 2 Strawberry Yogurt Delights from Smoothie King. Ordered in person through the drive through with no issues. Got my drinks with a short wait but no issues otherwise. The drinks were for my husband and myself though we did allow our 22 month old to drink from ours as well. As I started getting halfway down, metal pieces started coming through the straw. We started sifting through the drinks and found this on the bottom of mine. It appears to be a metal measuring spoon. It looks to have gone through the blender which is why there is metal all through out. I have been drinking smoothies from here since middle school. This has been my utterly worst experience and I will never go back. I’m repulsed. And worried for my Son. I highly suggest finding a different place that cares about the quality of their smoothies.

The workers are always nice and friendly. The atmosphere is always crisp & clean, but I’m sorry the smoothies SUCK. I’ve gotten a smoothie from this location at least 3 to 4 times and all of my smoothies taste like foam and over whipped yogurt. None of the other locations that I visited in Independence Lee Summit have this problem.

I was inside the store during this situation, and the customer known as “customer service queen” was completely calm the entire time. She was not yelling, raising her voice, or acting aggressively in any way. I personally witnessed the interaction from start to finish.
It is extremely unprofessional and unfair for Smoothie King to accuse a customer of behavior that did not happen. This kind of false accusation reflects poorly on the store and can damage the customer’s reputation. I’m requesting that this incident be reviewed, including camera footage from the time it occurred, and that the situation be handled appropriately with the staff involved.

This is not the one. I go to smoothie king every Friday. This is the first time I’ve been here. My drink isn’t blended correctly. I got overcharged on my order but when I asked about it she got defensive and argued. I will NOT be back to this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the one up the way on NW Berry rd.

I stopped here to get a smoothie. I get one every day at another location. I order the same smoothie every day. The smoothie was not made correctly and was horrible, so I went back and asked them to make it right. They gave me the second smoothie, and it still was horrible. Obviously, they are not following the recipe since I get it somewhere else Everday. I gave the smoothie back since there was no way I could drink, and it ordered one from door dash when I got to work. That smoothie from another location was great. They refused to give me my money back or my reward money that I use. I have called the location many times and they don’t answer their phones. There are several locations close to this one so I would suggest going to another location.
