I go to this place often and usually have no problems. In the morning, whoever usually takes my orders is super cool and friendly. However, yesterday I went… Different experience. It was a Friday and I had my app and I had the free upsize thing on it. I clicked on it to apply it and every time the girl would scan it. She’s like well it’s not working. It’s not taking it off, it’s giving you points but it’s not changing it to the downsize price. She was like I’m sorry we’ve been having some issues with this, obviously it was something on their side! I figured she would just go ahead and change the price to the price of a medium… Since I obviously had it right there on my app to use and their system wasn’t allowing it to. But she refused to do anything about it. So I had to pay the regular price, which isn’t that big of a deal, it’s more the fact that she was being very rude about it and refused to do anything to fix it. I tried to call numerous times yesterday to talk to a manager, but no one ever answers the phone.I guess I’ll start going to a different location.

Today’s visit was frustrating. When the rep handed me the drink I immediately informed her there must be a mistake because I get the same drink weekly and I noticed it was off in color. I asked her to confirm the name of the drink and she doubled down by saying it’s the exact one I asked for. Just wanting to recover from a long day and I had no energy to go back and forth so I grabbed the drink and now I’m here. In all honestly I’ve never had a problem with this location but this visit was a complete waste of money.

Dude was annoyed that he had to re hear the instructions for the order, didn’t give a receipt even through he was specifically asked for one. Then put the review sticker over the straw hole in the drink where there was sticker residue after trying to peel it. Smoothies r just fine. This guy’s service not so much. 10/14/2024 @ 11:15

The chick taking orders was super rude. Did not want to be asked any questions about drinks and definitely did not try and hide her annoyance! We never come here so of course I had questions. Hopefully a manager sees this and reminds her her job entails more than just taking orders. It also requires talking to customers and answering questions when asked

Came through drive thru this morning, the poor girl was super busy but she made my bowl perfectly and still made sure to tell me to have a good day. Super delicious and exactly how I wanted it!!! I just wanted her to know!

I have never been before, and while the menu and all the flavors were overwhelming, Israel was great and made some great smoothies. Wish for a simpler menu, but I was able to get a strawberry banana smoothie. The cold brew yogurt lite mocha was great.
