Took my wife here the other day. The girl taking our order through the drive through kept snapping at us that she could not hear me even though we were yelling and leaning out the window! That’s your problem, young lady! It’s a young girl with a long brown pony tail. We order a 32oz smoothie and we werent even ordering she goes “ok pull around”. We werent done and when we try to add to it she gets an attitude. My wife was trying to take the order and was already having a bad day. Then we order the same thing for our second choice, but with a different size and spinach added. And she goes “okay so you want two of the same thing”…… no! We ordered two different orders! She was not understanding anything we were telling her and was treating us like we are incompetent… This young woman’s terrible customer service ruined our experience with this place. I felt embarrassed… and sorry for my poor wife… Several other locals here and I have discussed our poor experiences at this business. It seems like there needs to be a change in training with these employees.

So, I let my kids pick dessert while In Cape. We came across Smoothie and thought of giving it a try. We’re greeted with a friendly staff. Chelsea and Gracie helped us with the menu choices; the smoothies were incredible. Lauren even helped my youngest with a brain freeze. Lol. I aimed to learn these extraordinary young ladies’ names and write a positive review. Thanks for the great experience.

I had a mobile order and I sat at the box for a few hot minutes. When I couldn’t get anyone to serve me and a line was building behind me and the person they were helping has moved one a few minutes ago so I decide to go ahead and go up to the window because there was no one in front of me and I sat there for a hot minute waiting. She opens the window with an attitude says what can I get for you? What you have? Then holler out my name. I got got my order very much attitude very rude. There was a guy behind me who also couldn’t get served so he honked, and of course they had yelled at him. I don’t mind waiting cuz I know it’s busy but being rude is not needed

This has to be the most depressed staff in Cape Girardeau. I come here often for a smoothie in the morning, and nearly every morning I am greeted with the most low energy, depressed response. I thought maybe it was one individual, but it actually seems like all the staff here are genuinely miserable.

Lately, every visit I have has been disappointing. Drive thru service is usually fine! However, their mobile service has a big need for improvement. The last two times it’s been 15 min past the time of pickup when I have had to tell the staff about my order to which they look at me with no expression or verbal response and begin working on the order. There’s no apologies or recognition of their error. Hoping service gets better!

7/10 times I come here they are rude and monotone. I pull up to the window “order when you’re ready” I respond “hi there can I get a 32 oz hulk coffee vanilla” she responds short “pull to the window” I pull up she takes the card and goes to hand me a small drink. I say i wanted a 32 she takes drink back saying nothing. I felt awful. She comes back later and does apologize and hands me my drink. It’s lighter in color this time. This one is the hulk but has no coffee. I was really looking forward to my caffeine boost and idk if it was deliberate or not. It still tastes great always does but it’s just disappointing. I love smoothie king and go a lot but I’m just getting really tired of the “idc” attitude and frankly rude service. I get most people don’t like to work but man I just wanted my smoothie. If the employees took more time with the customer and tried making a connection I feel there would be less mistakes and better reviews. The smoothies always slap tho just the service sucks.

Such a refreshing and healthy lunch or snack! I had their strawberry kiwi smoothie and it was delicious. It was filling but didn’t make me feel too full and I felt good about the decision I made for lunch. Thanks, Smoothie King…keep on blending and I’ll be back for more!
