Every time I stop by Smoothie King, the workers are super chill and always in a good mood. They make the whole experience way better quick service, friendly energy, and they actually care about getting your order right. You can tell they enjoy what they do. Definitely one of the best Smoothie King crews around.

I have been going to Smoothie King for a couple years. I get my smoothies mostly during the summer. This summer I have been going in and getting my smoothie(s) everyday before I go to work for both me and my mom. Since I have been in everyday, one of the Smoothie King girls knows my order and when she finishes making my smoothies she almost always puts a positive message on the cups. I really do appreciate the Smoothie Queen!

If y’all are going to incorrectly price items, you should at least honor the price or at the very least take the tag off and fix the price on it. I came in today to get one of the free smoothies and I’ve always been taught to purchase some thing whenever you go to an establishment which is giving out free stuff. Just as respect. I picked up one of the banana chip containers and it was marked $.99. There is absolutely no hint of another number in front of the 99. And I have enclosed the pictures so that you can see it. when the cashier told him there must’ve been some sort of mistake because the package said $.99. I turned it around and showed him and he said oh well there supposed to be a four in front of it. And I said there’s not even a faint hint of a four. And he said well it’s going to be this price. I told him I wanted to do the yogurt covered pretzels instead because I wasn’t paying four bucks almost 5 bucks for that little bag of chips. I asked him yogurts pretzels and he said they were going to be the same. Obviously they weren’t because I was charged $4.60 for them. I work retail. I understand customers. I wasn’t trying to purposely lowball you guys. The price very clearly said $.99. And at least he could’ve done, was taking the bag and said I’ll fix that and held it for it to be relabeled instead of leaving an improperly marked product on the shelves. And I really did not appreciate his attitude either. I understand I might’ve been dressed a little sloppy. However, I deserve the same amount of respect as anyone else. And his little teenage attitude wasn’t appreciated.

I have been a regular customer of this location for several years. overall the service in person has been decent considering that the business is run by children. for clarification I consider a child anyone who can’t live on there own or still living at home with mom and dad a child. That is not meant to be an insult. for the most part I get exactly what I expect and never have any issues. Although I would caution anyone reading the reviews for this location to not take them all seriously. some kids have got on here and left bogus reviews to either attack another employee or the business because they are immature and not used to being told no. All in all you can go here and likely have a good experience if you don’t expect perfection. Real people make mistakes.

Beyond frustrating experience with this location. I’ve never had a bad experience at other locations. However, I ordered online tonight. Received a phone call 15 minutes after placing my order telling me they didn’t have the açaí base for the bowl I ordered. They then offered to make me a smoothie or a refund. Originally, I asked for the refund and then asked if it was possible to just get a gift card or store credit. They said they were sure that would be fine, but they would “text” their boss to verify. I never received a call back, so I drove to the store (keep in mind, I live 20 minutes away). When I got to the store, they informed me they could not offer me a smoothie and they couldn’t offer me a gift card because it would be “out of their pocket”. So it’s okay that I didn’t receive an item, and didn’t receive a refund because it wasn’t out of their pocket… got it. I then asked how long it would be before I could expect a refund, to which the employee responded with, “I really don’t know”. I asked to have a “manager” or her “boss” call me, and I still have not received a call. So moral of the story, if you plan on ordering online from this location, don’t. And if you are expecting a refund, they don’t know when it will be, and can’t give you anything to prove you never got your order. 0/10 experience.

I got a chocolate yogurt d-lite. This is not chocolate. Barely even taste like it. I even said that doesn’t look like it has chocolate in it and the girl with the black hair said eh yea idk why it came up a lil lighter. She didn’t offer to make me a new one or even just blend up a lil more chocolate into it. I’m a regular. Almost 4 smoothie a week. Usually I get it extra chocolatey but didn’t this time. This is very disappointing for paying for a almost $7 drink. If another customer didn’t walk in behind me I would’ve asked for it to be added but short on time. Hints to why I call in and pick up.
I really hope you guys take consideration of your regulars that come in or just people in general and maybe offer to correct.

We go here every Friday with at least a 10 smoothie order for our job and the people working are amazing. They always get our order correct and it’s always ready at the pick up time we select. I would give 10 stars if It was possible.

The service here is amazing. Even when it’s busy the smoothies only take 4-5 minutes to come out. Sometimes I notice that the workers seem a bit stressed, but it never affects the quality of the smoothies or the quality of service. MUCH prefer this location over Lake St. Louis. I take the extra 10 minutes to drive to wentzville because I know I will always leave satisfied. Great service, great smoothies, great management.
