I purchased 2 large smoothies and 2 bags of chocolate almonds on 2/3/26! And i pulled away a few feet and was putting my straw into my smoothie and put it into my cup holder! Then I was trying to get my other straw out of the wrapper and had my wife’s smoothie between my legs and was having difficulty opening the wrapper that the straw came in and my hand slipped and knocked my wife’s smoothie onto the floor of my vehicle and spilled half of the large smoothie! So I had to go back thru and ordered another large smoothie again for my wife! When I came up to the window I told the very nice young girl what happened and she made me another large smoothie and didn’t charge me for it that was so nice of her to do this for me! Every time I come here to place an order all of the employees are so friendly they have the best smoothie’s and the best employees and service! Thank you so much for doing this for me I really appreciate it you’re so kind!

I was at this location, this little chubby dude with a neck beard took my order. I ordered a 32oz and was charged for it. He asked if I wanted my receipt I said no thanks and walked out to get a quesadilla from Qdoba while they made my smoothie. I come back to get my smoothie and it’s a 20oz, I refused the smoothie and asked for a refund. Pretty sure he accidentally gave it to a couple that was there, noticed they had 2 20oz smoothies and 1 32oz. The manager a super nice lady came out and asked to make it right by making me a smoothie which I declined. The lil chubby dude refunded me for the 20oz not the 32oz lol. The manager was great but lil chubby dude needs more training. I wouldn’t have left this review if he had refunded me the proper amount lol. Additional stars for the manager, I could tell she did her best; was just in a rush cause Sunday is an errand day. You got this little chubby dude, we all make mistakes, I’ve made my fair share for sure

Heaven was very sweet and courteous. Smoothie King opens at 7am on the dot, not a minute earlier. Heaven made my son and my smoothie promptly, but fail to ask if I was a rewards member, so I forgot to allow her to scan, and I mentioned it so she said just go on the app and put the receipt barcode in, but what happens when the printer it’s faded? ♀️
I do feel like Smoothie King could benefit from opening up at least at 6:30am, especially since it’s a great place to get a good pre/post workout smoothie.

Young lady working the drive through microphone at 3:40 PM today was extremely rude. I could hear her call me annoying through the microphone that she had forgotten to mute. Is this is what passes for food service now adays? Am I supposed to feel bad for pulling up to the drive through? Don’t have a bad attitude because you have to work… you get paid more than enough to click a button on a blender.

I don’t understand why or how this location even runs? There is times a manager is not present? Like do kids just have keys?? It’s unfortunate that no one is trained in customer service.
Orders are never made correctly!! Yes, one star for an apology and they will remake it. Yeah that’s great. Are they gonna do that every time? Why can’t just make the order correct the first time to avoid any type of inconvenience! Period. If you order through DoorDash be prepared not to get your correct order, missing items, and missing ingredients! It’s order not even modified!!!

$12 and 15 minutes later. Really smoothie king? Take some lessons from vitality bowl. It’s half way full unlike your advertisement. Total rip off. Three employees inside, 2 cars in drive thru, and 1 person inside who ordered. One employee seems to know what he was doing and trying to micro mange the 2nd guy who looked confused AF and just meandering around. Third employee, blonde girl, sitting down in back hallway.

Be careful ordering from here. We just ordered 2 smoothies. After my first sip, I started coughing because something was stuck in my throat. I spit out a piece of plastic. This was odd to me, considering the cup is Styrofoam. Thinking it was a fluke, I had another sip. More plastic. I grabbed my metal strainer and poured it in there. Sure enough, full of plastic. From big chunks to extremely small shards. My guess is a plastic cap to one of their liquids. Needles to say, we will never visit this location again.

I couldn’t remember exactly what I normally order and the staff were very patient with me trying to help. They offered me a couple suggestions and I ended up trying something new. I loved it! Even though they seemed busy I didn’t wait more than a couple minutes for my smoothie. Friendly staff, fast, perfectly blended and tasty smoothie and clean restaurant… def will be back!

I grab a smoothie every time I’m in the neighborhood. The service is exceptional, the manager has done an excellent job with this store. I send all my friends here. Their smoothies are especially great after sports and we often bring the whole team.

This is a solid Smoothie King location and the prices at this chain overall continue to remain a bit lower than I would anticipate. I really enjoy the Chocolate Gladiator smoothie and it keeps me full for an entire afternoon. This particular location has had friendly and efficient employees when I have swung by.
