I ordered through the Smoothie King app for $32, including fees and tip. I ordered toast, a smoothie bowl with extra banana, and a kids’ smoothie. My delivery arrived, and I got the kids’ smoothie and toast, but no bowl. I called and let them know. The girl who took my call was very sweet and apologetic. I let her know it’s okay; it happens. I’ve worked in customer service my entire career. I’m very understanding. Make things right, please. She said she had to reach out to her manager and that they’d get back to me Monday for a refund. I didn’t want a refund; I wanted my bowl. I’m hungry, and the toast and smoothie were for my son; the bowl was mine. The sweet girl called back about 30 minutes later and told me her manager refunded me $19 of the $32 I spent and that if I wanted my bowl, I’d have to order it again through the app. So, due to their mistake, which happens, I didn’t get the most expensive thing I ordered. If I order again, I’d have to pay another delivery fee and tip the second driver because, of course, it wasn’t their fault. I feel like I should’ve gotten my full refund back. None of this falls on me. I patronize this Smoothie King frequently. I’ll be using Ellisville going forward. Life is too expensive right now, and I will not spend my money where I don’t feel it’s appreciated nor at a business that won’t right THEIR wrongs. Happy Valentine’s Day.

I called my neighborhood Smoothie King hoping to call in my order bc I was in a total rush to make my early morning hair appointment…overslept, woke up starving…you’ve been there before. Well, the gal at SK was so sweet. She was so accommodating and took my order over the phone. My delicious breakfast was waiting for me and took no time at all to get in and out.
