I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes. The car that was at the speaker still hadn’t been helped. I go inside. No one greeted you. I stood there waiting. I asked is anyone working at the register. I was told by the manager not currently. What?!! It’s a little after 7pm. The store doesn’t close until 9. She said we are about to get to you guys. I said well no one is saying anything. She said well we’re all doing something and we are short staffed. I have visited plenty of Smoothie Kings with 2 staff members and it has never been an issue. They all looked like they were restocking and taking out the trash like it was closing time. I understand replenishing things that are running low but this is not what was happening. While I was in the drive thru I saw 3 of the 4 employees opening the door to see the long line that had formed. I guess that’s what they were so busy doing. I walked out…Every Smoothie King that I have visited the staff greeted you and they were friendly. I have never experienced this. All the blenders were dirty. No one was moving with urgency. No apology for the wait. The Smoothie King on Hanley in STL have the friendliest staff.

Smoothie was delicious, service was terrible. I submitted an online order 23 minutes before arriving (the app estimate said it would take 20-25min); then had to wait 5 minutes in the store for the staff to even acknowledge me and see what my order was, and after that they actually started making my smoothie. Yes, they were busy with drive through orders, but that’s not an excuse to ignore the in-store and online customers.

Saturday night at 8:50 PM, pulled in to get a smoothie at the drive through. Asked for two separate orders and the guy taking my order seemed extremely disappointed in my request to do so. I had such a great experience at Smoothie King! The store was clean, quick, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. A special shoutout to Lauren—she went above and beyond with her friendly attitude and excellent customer service. She made great recommendations and made sure my order was perfect. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile, and Lauren really makes the visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place is awesome!! I tried the immune support today and my fiancée got the gladiator with chocolate and peanut butter and banana both were very good and will get again.
Tried it yesterday and got the Blueberry heaven and he got the peanut butter us. They were so good yesterday that it made us go back again today.
They are perfectly blended. This place will definitely be on our list of going to alot.

Came through around d 8:30 in a blue suv. When i arrived to order I was met with a bland what can I get you. I ordered my high protein banana that I would normally get from the Hanley store in Brentwood (that team is phenomenal). This was a mistake, I watched as they laughed and joked around, never acknowledged me at the window, and after sitting for more than 10 minutes and watching them meander to do their job. The girl was way too close hovering over the stuff she was adding to my drink. I was unappreciated. I spend 50$ a week at smoothie king. I have never received such horrible service. I drove off. I am not gonna be able to stomach that drink. Being polite and saying hello was non existent. I will not return to this store.

I have always loved smoothie king so much but I used to steer away from this one until recently the fairview heights location closed. I am so glad I went against my gut and decided to visit this location one more time! It was much cleaner than before and the employees actually seemed like they enjoyed being there. My smoothie was amazing and it was done really quick!
