As someone who has 65$ in rewards from purchasing from Smoothie King so much this location was a HUGE disappointment. I VERY MUCH regret trying this location for the first time & not going to my normal location. Today I spent 40$ on 3 smoothie bowls, paid extra for additional toppings. What I received MUSHY (not fresh fruit, LITTLE/SKIMP portions of fruit. What type of drizzle of peanut butter was this? SMH and granola, what granola?! There was literally 3 crumbs of granola on each bowl. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY. 0/5 stars. Terrible experience

I’ve come to the oaklawn location often since it’s been open. Today the young lady Ava took my order in the drive through. I specifically mentioned to her that I would like the 32oz cup which is the same price as the 20oz cups on Fridays . I got the window to pay for it and she charged me $9.91 . I explained to her the price is the same as the 20oz$ 8.81 on Fridays and she told me there was nothing she could do. This post is to inform management that your staff specifically Ava is not following the pricing structure.

I went to Smoothie King this afternoon with my cousin and My God Daughter and we spent $30. Then we went back between 5 and 6 PM for the grand opening for the free smoothie for The residence that received a voucher in the mail from Smoothie King. After I received my smoothie, I had went back and asked one of the Young girl workers if she can, please remake my smoothie because my cousin opened the lid and drink out of it without me knowing and I’m very anti-phobic when people drink out of my drinks, she went to another female, slammed the window on my face came back and then they told me that they are refusing service and that if I don’t leave that they will call the police on me. I told them that I came earlier and spent $30 so you’re telling me that you won’t replace my drink because I said, my cousin took a drink out of my drink she said no she didn’t take a drink out of your drink I said how would you know while she was walking to my car that she didn’t take a drink out of my drink she said because I know when I had got home, my cousin admitted to me that she did take a drink out of my drink, and I never received my free drink that I went back for, but I will never go back there ever again. I do know as a business owner myself that their customer service is horrible and if you wanna have a bad day you do not want to go there The young girls that work there are very disrespectful to older woman and that’s coming from a mother herself. I am so disappointed in my new neighborhood opening business I will be sticking to tropical smoothie Café Because their customer service is wonderful even though it’s not in low Oak lawn Sorry, not sorry I’d rather have my sanity and respect. Its already expensive. But i ordered a 32oz drink. Said 32oz 3 times in the order and was charged 11.45 only to receive a 20 oz drink instead and I still have the receipt. I wasnt about to argue some 18 year old what went wrong i just wont be back.

Started coming to this location because it was on the way to work. I’ll stop coming here because the bowls are never filled to the top. The location on 95th in evergreen park fill their bowls up. If you plan on getting a bowl I suggest you don’t stop at this location.
