I ordered the hazelnut toast. It shouldn’t come with everything seasoning. But they put it on there anyway. I can’t stand that seasoning. It wasn’t the first time this guy has messed up my order either. He’s messed it up a few times over the last couple years. I’m not sure what his name was tho. He told me he’s been there since 2022. The bananas were also a bit mushy. And when I got there, there were no other customers there. The workers weren’t making any smoothies or toast or anything. But my order wasn’t ready. They didn’t even realize I had placed one. So I had to wait for them to make it. When you’re not doing anything you’d think that you’d be paying attention if an online order comes through. This wasn’t my only negative experience here recently. I should’ve written a review sooner

Poor customer service and you don’t get what you pay for! I called the store on 3 separate occasions inquiring about a follow up on my smoothie bowl being half full. The store owner supposedly called me from a private/ unknown number in correspondence. She attempted to contact me once from the actual store phone, which is the number I was looking out for. The owner was very snappy and condescending stating that the bowl was not to my liking. I will never be gong back to this location.
