Tre’vell truly went above and beyond today!
When I arrived, there was a difficult situation happening with another customer, and Tre’vell handled it with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. He even took the time to apologize for the actions of a coworker, which speaks volumes about his integrity.
What impressed me most is that he was working completely on his own, managing seven customers/orders at once, plus mobile orders, and still delivering excellent customer service with a positive attitude. That is not easy, and he handled it gracefully!
I tipped 20% via card and truly hope it went directly to him b/c he absolutely earned it. While the location unfortunately lost a customer due to the earlier situation, my experience with Mr. Tre’vell was entirely positive, and because of him, I will be returning.
Happy holidays to Tre’vell and if the franchise owner is reading this, please recognize this employee for his hard work! Also, Olympia Fields would greatly benefit from an additional location as 3252 Vollmer Rd which just became available & would be a perfect spot, especially w/ the drive-thru.

best smoothie king in the south suburbs of Chicago! they are always so polite and efficient. the energy is GREAT. I was sad when I discovered they didn’t have a drive thru but I don’t mind going in and interacting with the employees because their positive attitudes 🙂

Honestly I don’t like coming to this one I just do out of convenience but that will stop soon too. I order this bee berry sting bowl all the time and I’ve never had it some out like this. This isn’t even worth the $14 I’m being charged. This is the first time where my order didn’t take 20 minutes as they are usually unbelievably slow with orders. I’m very disappointed
