I’m unsure why this is happening.
This is the second time I come in with over an hour to closing and the doors are locked. I see employees inside but they don’t acknowledge customers at door or window.

Sometimes they don’t have açaí for the smoothie bowl. Today was my first time getting one for myself and I get this, bowls like half full, no bananas and hardly any peanut butter and granola but same price

Worse customer service ever. Repeated order several times and still got it wrong. Was also overcharged pointed it out and the response was “I’m unable to correct it. You need the manager and he’s not here ” just another reminder that just because someplace is conveniently located doesn’t means its going to be convenient for you. Will definitely go to other locations before I repeat this experience.
Update try again and the experience was worse this time. Same employee scanned my app saw i had points tried to use them and for whatever reason didn’t work even when he entered my number. He called the manager who he had on speaker phone. Manager reply was just tell her we can’t do it. Employee says i see she has more than enough points. Manager replied again tell her we can’t do it. At this point I’m overly irritated. The other customers in the store are shaking there head. I walked out. Yip I’m done. Tried to give a second chance and was worse than the 1st.
