Why do yall got a phone number if you don’t answer? Genuinely asking. Love the bowls love the food, the place is great but I called over 10 times at different points in time also had a friend call as well and not one person could pick up, very irritating.

If you haven’t been here yet, you MUST check it out! On my first visit I had the PB Swizzle bowl and have been back at least 4x a week for the past 2 months. The menu is diverse and the customer service is friendly. Kudos to James and his crew!

Smoothies are great, if you know exactly what you want. Employees are not educated on their product and cannot make recommendations. Employees get upset when you don’t know what you want. My girlfriend and I felt very awkward and unwanted at this establishment. I do not see this business staying in business much longer at this location and under this ownership.

I usually enjoy going and getting a smoothie here but honestly going to start questioning if I want to anymore. The guy that was working 3/8 at about 4:30 pm legit looked annoyed that I came in to order anything because I was interrupting his personal call he was taking using his AirPods, so he could complain about working. So great smoothies and items sold but horrible service and a bit of an uncomfortable atmosphere.

3 stars because I’ve done numerous of the receipt surveys over a month ago and the store manager still hasn’t contacted me. I followed up with support, they said they reached back out, still nothing. 1 drink was done 9 minutes after the promise time, another drink tasted very bitter because of the coffee, been charged a few times for substitutions when I shouldn’t have been. I’ll just have to dispute with my credit card company since nobody reaches out
