So I frequent this location probably 2/3 times a week and at least once I come across a worker who is not interested in doling out great customer svc. I was there yesterday 12/12/25 and I wanted the free upgrade but I was confused on what they charged me so I asked I few questions and the lady DID NOT answer my questions but instead was rude and kept saying just use the app. I was furious but I didn’t want to argue. I spend too much money at this place to be treated this way!!!

I had a terrible experience at this location on 8/16/25 at around 1pm in the afternoon.
I went to this location to redeem my birthday gift. When I arrived to the store it was a long drive thru line but the store was completely empty and there were two people working in the store.
No one greeted or even acknowledged us when we walked into the store even though the bell dinged. We walked in slowly, looked at the menu, walked to the counter and then to the register area where a caucasian male with long curly hair had been standing, working on fruit, filling trays and washing dishes.
He was a couple of feet from us but refused to acknowledge or look up to greet us.
The other person who was an african american female who stayed working the drive thru line.
My husband, son and I stood and waited for a little over five minutes and after still receiving no acknowledgement or greeting, we left to go to the Roseville location which was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

I recently discovered this place and can’t rave about it enough. It’s so good. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the product is amazing. The only downside is that there aren’t more of them. If you’re looking for a smoothie place and you have a Smoothie King anywhere near you, try it out. The only other possibility of a negative is price(and it’s really not that much more than other places). You also do get more for your extra money, so it really isn’t that much more by ounce.

I have a hard time deciding things and she always is there to steer me in the right direction for a smoothie I’ll love! I’ve purchased hundreds of smoothies from this location but today I am seriously contemplating NEVER returning after seeing how disgusting the bananas being used in the smoothies were. They appeared to be rotting in the lexan container they were in (picture below) . I cancellled my order and left. At 10$ a smoothie I certainly expect that the bananas being used are fresher than this. Seriously would you make a smoothie and eat it using the bananas in the below picture?!

I frequent this location often and always order via mobile app. Sometimes I order well in advance, other times I’ll order via mobile app and pull directly into the drive thru. I do this to earn my points and use banked dollars. Well today, Kristin, chose to reprimand me regarding my arrival prior to the promised time on the app which was 15-20 minutes. There were absolutely zero cars in the entire parking lot which leads me to believe they weren’t busy. I informed Kristin that I didn’t think it would be an issue to pull right in after placing my order since it would have been the same wait time if I’d placed the order at the drive thru and waited. Kristin then took her sweet little time preparing my order, which gave the impression that I was being forced to “wait”. Now as a VP/Manager of a rather large institution who leads a team of employees to deliver EXCELLENT customer service to our deserving clients, this visit left me rather disappointed. In my opinion, the verbiage surrounding the promised time on the app was unnecessary as I didn’t give the impression that I was in a rush, nor were there any customers waiting. Kristin’s matter of fact demeanor almost forced me to no longer patronize this location, however the staff on the evening shift (when I typically visit) gives me faith in this location. So once again, I apologize Kristin for being an inconvenience to you and not meeting YOUR expectation. How dare I arrive sooner than the app promised my order to be ready. I guess I should have forgone utilizing the app and prepaying and instead just pulled up to the window to place my order, paid you, then waited for the same order. Hope your day gets better Kristin.

I’ve been to 4 other so called smoothie stores. Non compare to this smoothie King. Staff is knowledgeable and respectful. It’s a little further to drive but absolutely worth it.

I love smoothie king, but this particular location is run by what looks like 16 year olds and 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong, not fully blended, or I have to wait for my online order to be ready bc they’re too busy laughing and talking behind the counter. I get it, high school jobs are fun but I just want a smoothie blended correctly fr.

So disappointed with the staff/management. Every time I come to this location they’re closed early. This was the last straw with this location today because I just had surgery and am unable to eat solid foods yet. When I got to the location at 8:35p when google says they close at 9p. Doors are locked, lights are off and staff is standing behind the counter. I run a business and would be having a discussion with my staff if they closed early habitually. I live less than 10 minutes from this location too! Thank goodness I’m so close because if I lived farter oh man I’d be livid. I love the smoothies but I’ll never go back to this location if staff can’t keep the hours posted on google.

I have now went there on 5 seperate occasions each time ordering the same smoothie. Not once has this smoothie tasted the same. I order the angel food slim which is strawberry banana and pear juice and it just tasted like straight strawberry with no sweetener. “Smoothies With A Purpose” well if the purpose is deterring customers away with an inconsistent product, they are doing a great job.
