They leave brand new employees to run the store alone with no training.
I’ve found this to be the case here a few times but tonight is the first I walked away without an order. Between myself and staff, we couldn’t figure out how to ring up a popular smoothie.
I’m not upset at all with the staff member, but rather with how carelessly this store is ran. You have people who are willing to show up for you to work, show up for them and do training!

I went there on June 19th at 5:30 for my online order. The lady who works that time literally didn’t even try to help me find my order. It was my first time, and I asked her, but she didn’t make eye contact and just started saying it should be there. There whereee?! Do I just take it myself or I have to wait for somebody??!! I stood there waiting. Little did I know, another lady came in and was checking out her online order, wondering what she had to do. If you don’t want to do the simple job, I think you should find a job you enjoy doing! And stop making people uncomfortable just because they aren’t sure how your things works!

We placed a mobile order and when we went to pick it up, we found that the employee had made the wrong size. Despite us having already paid for our order and the proof of her mistake being printed right on the cup, she denied wrongdoing repeatedly and refused to make it right.

First the messed up the orders and gave a couple the wrong drinks, so 4 drinks had to be remade causing ours to take twice as long. Second while trying to figure out the mess up the employee pulled the order receipts from the trash, did not wash hands and went right back to making smoothies. This is completely disgusting and I know for us tropical smoothie will be getting our money in Columbus, IN.

First time going, and it was pretty good. The staff were friendly. Clean and organized. The smoothies may have been a tad overblended in my case, but they tasted great. Lots of snacks and other drinks in a cooler to choose from.

I went into smoothie king last night to get a smoothie prior to going to the gym. While they were very busy, they were attentive and kind to me, as this was my first time going in to get a smoothie. The smoothie was delicious, and I can’t wait to try more of them!

Everything tastes great but the tall guy with the hat was slow as you can get. Almost like he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Manager was obviously trying to get him to move but that dude doesn’t want to work. And this isn’t the first time we’ve been here. Spends a lot of time just standing around and talking.
