I just wanna start this review by saying I genuinely enjoy Smoothie King. I visit Smoothie King at least once a day sometimes Twice I spend a decent amount of money there weekly and I hands-down have never seen somebody so irritated that a customer is trying to order something. Granted, I showed up about 45 minutes until Close But that’s not the point. The point is every single interaction I’ve had with this employee, it has been negative. She’s super condescending with what she says to you super short and snarky and slams the window when she’s done talking to you . Like I’m bothering her at her own job and I feel guilty about coming even though I’m buying a $13 smoothie and helping said business. Which I’m 99% sure she didn’t add the extra additive but still charged me for it.. When I first get to the window and ask for two pup cups for my babies she sits there a second like she wants to say no and then gave me a really snarky “yes” and again SLAMS the window. And not to be ungrateful but it literally had half a scoop in each cup and at that point was just a waste of time and energy.I usually don’t make comments or observations like this, but by my experiences with said employee and it being like this every single time that I visit, is asinine. it is safe to say that customer service probably isn’t for her and believe she will continue to drive people away from coming back to smoothie king. She makes you feel terrible by the end of the whole experience and quite frankly makes me just wanna leave the parking lot as soon as I see that she’s in there. I usually wouldn’t write a review like this or even waste my time with it But her behavior toward customers is absolutely sickening and not ok. On top of the horrible experience, I ask for a receipt So I can get her name and report her formally She handed me the receipt back with the top part where her name is ripped off which I thought was super convenient and felt like it was done on purpose be. Like I said I love Smoothie King. I spend a lot of money there and genuinely have great experiences with everybody there. But if I continue to get treated like this by this employee, I will just take my business elsewhere. Thank you.

I have ordered from here many many times, today I pulled in with my family and ordered $65 worth of products and waited 30 minutes while we were the only customersfor 15 of that 30 minute wait. 2 of the smoothies were absolutely horrific that my kids wont even drink. And I ended up asking for a refund because I was STILL waiting on my power bowl. I would recommend staffing with more than 1 person to better accommodate your customers. Very disappointed today!

This is now the second time i have tried to go through the drive through. Each time i have sat there without being helped. Even saying hello incase someone hears me. This time it was around 430-435. I pulled in right behind another car. I watched them order and pull away with their order and no one acknowledged me. I even watched an employee walk through the back door and no one took my order. I drove off and saw the two employees just standing upfront. I am extremely disappointed. I am a sahm where my rewards are little drinks here and there. So to try and do that today and be met with awful service again is upsetting.

I went in the other day with my boyfriend and my mom. The smoothie was okay, but the service was terrible. One employee was laughing at my mother when she came in from the gas station with a donut in her hand (she is on the bigger side, so you can understand my anger). This girl was laughing at both me and my mom. My boyfriend ended up going back inside and tried to complain to the manager, however there wasn’t any manager in sight.
The girl’s name was something like Adrianna or Adelyn, something with an A at the start of her name.
Be careful when coming to this specific location :/
