Normally I would give Smoothie King 5 stars–my kids and I love the smoothies here–but our smoothies did not come in a foam cup this time as as normal (and as advertised on their app!). Love the foam because it makes it easier to hold the cup and it stays colder longer! Also realized when I got home, smoothie wasn’t even full to the top.

I love Smoothie King. I live in Florida and have Smoothie King every single day. I understand businesses don’t want people coming in to use their restrooms if they aren’t paying customers. However, a paying customer should have every right to use the restroom. I drove from the Sanford airport and Smoothie King was my first stop. The food and smoothie were great but the young man should have allowed a middle aged woman that was waiting on her order use the restroom. Teach your employees to have better judgement.

So much better today! My past
few orders have been awful since the newer owners took over. They’ve skimped on all ingredients in their smoothie bowls, have been out of fruit, and/or didn’t replace certain items when requested.
My order was much better today so I hope this is a move in the right direction.
