Everytime and I do mean everytime I come here the customer service is amazing !! It’s the little things that make a difference, greeting you upon entry, making the order right, if they aren’t to busy they will even bring you your order the cherry on top “have a great day!” Thank you for you kindness it’s doesn’t go unnoticed! Today and many times I have been served by Jhon Luka thank you to the Miss Saniyah R as well. Great job team!

I just left this location to get an acai Bowl. The worker was wiping the counters with gloves on, then turned around to grab the bowl to make my order without changing them. He put his fingers inside the bowl. I said, “You just wipe the counters with those same gloves and then put your fingers inside the bowl.” Can you change your gloves? He started moving his lips as if he was upset, he went to was his hands and then stared at me from the time he left the front counter until be got to the end where he was about to start making my bowl. I said I don’t want home making my bowl because apparently he had an attitude now. I then asked the girl that rang me up, who supposedly be the shift leader, if she could make my bowl because I didn’t want him making it at that point because apparently he had an attitude. She told me NO she’s doing something. I asked her what you were doing because it looked like she’s just standing there to me. She said she’s writing on the board. Needless to say, this started a big argument between her and I, which it didn’t even have to go that far, but she was antagonizing the situation. I asked for my money back, and she was still taking it and even cursing at me. Anther worker came from the back (Amy). I believe it was her name. I asked her to make my bowl. The shift leader told her not to because I asked for a refund, and she’s giving my money back. I asked for the corporate number, she said go online and find it yourself, and we’re a franchise anyway. I am asking want if a manager or the owner would pull that video? You will see how all of that transpired, how unnecessary it was, and how things escalated. The workers here need to be retrained and apparently talk some safety regulations about handling food. I don’t understand why it’s not common sense not to touch food after handling chemicals.
Apparently, common sense is not so common. This is no way a customer who’s spending their money at your establishment should be treated. Because they asked for cleanliness when their food is being handled.

I had the pleasure of visiting during their soft opening, and I’m already a fan! The smoothies were incredible—fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. The service was top-notch; the staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The atmosphere was bright, welcoming, and clean, making it a perfect spot to relax or grab a quick refreshment. I’ve been to this location several times and NEVER had an issue until today. I bought a 44oz online that totaled $18 (incI. Subs, adds, etc) I typically split the 44oz with my small children, so I ask for an additional 3 small cups. Today I was told I could only be given 2 cups. $18 and I can only get 2 cups makes absolutely no sense. I’m not asking for a FREE smoothie or even a free cup. The employee circled in the photo proceeded to say the company makes their money from the cups. Oh really!? So you get a review when you could’ve given a simple extra cup. Now I doubt I will return to this location at all. Lost a customer.

One thing I can’t stand is an employee who has no common sense, advocating for a company’s pockets that’s barely putting money in yours.

If I asked for 4 cups and yall are allowed to only give 2, I would understand a bit better but for this unhappy customer I NEEDED one more. Now I have a kid without a cup. Hell I would’ve bought 2 additional cups if that was the case but these bird brain employees have no common sense.

I came in and ordered a smoothie that was made wrong the first time. And 2nd time. First time was too watery the team leader didn’t help the new girl that kept saying it was her first day. I felt that the team leader should have remade my smoothie instead he decided to boss the other teammates around to do it. I would have asked for a remake again or a refund but couldn’t waste anymore time. Known fact that it wasn’t busy at all. I’m disappointed I’ll continue to go to Pendleton pike location.

They make your online orders quicker than any Smoothie King location that I’ve visited in the past!!! The morning staff particularly is always friendly, talkative with their regulars and all smiles ALL THE TIME (I haven’t been in the evening before, so that’s why I highlighted the AM crew specifically). The girl with braids and a couple blue highlights, that works a lot of the morning hours, she is the absolute best!!!! Her customer service is next level exceptional. Otherwise, food is always delicious and healthy as usual. Love me some Smoothie King!!!!!
