3rd time in a row getting a half blended smoothie. Over 30 bucks down the drain because I dont have a blender to finish blending it up hence why I order from here. Quality has really gone down hill. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I tried the açaí bowl for the first time at Smoothie King since my usual place was closed. I felt a bit unsure because they’re known for their smoothies. To my surprise, it was the most delicious açaí bowl and quite generous for the price. The fruit, granola, and açaí were incredibly fresh. Even though the peanut butter was not drizzled on top for a better appearance, it was honestly the best bowl ever!

I ordered my smoothie at 12:18pm and when I walked in at 12:30pm, no one greeted me and there were no smoothies ready in the pickup area so I walked to the register and to let them know I was there for a pickup. I stood at the registers for 3 minutes with again, no one greeting or acknowledging me and then one of the ladies working comes up to thr register, doesn’t say anything, but looks at me as if I can let her know what I am there for. Not a hello, hi, what can I get for you, just looks at me. I tell her what I am there for and she let’s me know it’s not ready yet, at this point it’s been 16 minutes since the order was placed, mind you it was one 20oz smoothie. It takes them about 2 more minutes to get it complete. No thank you for coming in, or have a nice day, this is my first time coming to this location and they have terrible customer service.

I drive out of my way just to come to this Smoothie Kind location!! My smoothie is always on point, the store is always clean, and the employees are great and are actually helpful and kind. I’ve been to several Smoothie Kings including one out of state and the Smoothie King in West Chester is by far the best Smoothie King to come to!!!

First time at the union center location. I asked for a 40 strawberry-banana gladiator. Not that complicated right? Wrong! I had to explain how I wanted the strawberries in. Then I ended up with this, (pictured) a strawberryless gladiator. Annoyed I just left with my banana gladiator.

Look forward to a good smoothie on my short break sometimes. Last time I ever will go here. I once again for about 5th time for 9 dollars received a watery flavorless mess. When I walked in like normal I greet “hello” to silence with 2 workers blank staring at me. I immediately felt unwanted and thought about leaving. When I go to order this girl is looking down to no greeting. I was confused if she was ready for my order as she was looking down. I don’t get how the “tip” option is immediately in your face and these type of workers expect you to tip for that service? I then received my smoothie, I said “thank you” once again silence. The icing on the cake is they charged my card twice for this terrible service and smoothie. Unbelievable. Don’t bother this location.

This location is a hit-or-miss. Not only does the taste of my smoothies come out inconsistent on a regular basis, their customer service could use some work. Im a big SmoothieKing fan BUT even though this location is literally right around the corner from my house, I will pass this one up and go 5miles down the road to the Liberty Township store located on Cincinnati-Dayton Rd. (The store that received a perfect 5 star review from me)

I went in on a day that had a special for two medium smoothies for $10. Despite that, I ordered 2 Large smoothies. After leaving I realized that I had received 2 Medium smoothies. I looked at my receipt and had been charged for 2 Larges. (over $20) . I called and the manager apologized and told me that I would have a $10 credit (or a free Large smoothie) the next time I came in under my name. When i went to redeem this, i was told there was no way to validate it and they couldn’t offer me what was promised. Normally I love this place, and am a frequent customer. I understand that people make mistakes but I also would like to receive what I pay for, or for it to be made right. I will not be going back.
