Why are the people at the Nashville Rd location pushing the credit card machine at me requesting unnecessary tips? Your smoothies are already expensive since there are three of us and my rewards are now moot because I feel pressured to tip.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!! one person working and I tell him to give himself a 4 dollar tip and he stated it’s spilt between people that don’t even work!!! A JOKE DO NOT TIP. I gave him cash because why should someone who isn’t working get the tips. AND ONE PERSON WORKING…. these children are minors by themselves in a store, what if something happens to them. TIP ONLY CASH.

I told the woman behind the counter im deathly allergic to bananas. So I ordered and altered the drink. She insisted when asked that it didn’t have any. I could taste the banana in the first sip. I asked my husband to taste and he could taste it. I managed to vomit it up and took benadryl to be safe. But for a company that was founded as a safe haven for allergy sufferers and those with dietary problems, that was a failure that cost a customer. The drink is ordered was the mango kale and substituted the banana for strawberry.

I will not come back if another tip screen is shoved in my face. How and why am I tipping before service is even given. You dont even provide anything tip worthy but i have to tip because the person knows if I tipped or not before making my smoothie.

My favorite is the Activator Blueberry Strawberry. I called first prior to going because I couldn’t remember if they accepted ApplePay. The person that answered the phone was pleasant!
I placed my order and Alayjaih served me at the window with a smile and even engaged me with conversation regarding ApplePay is a lifesaver when you don’t have your wallet.

By far the best smoothie I’ve ever had! Service from Elvin was fantastic! He was super nice, easy to understand, got my order right just the way I wanted it, and had a contagious energy that seemed to light up the place! Will definitely be getting smoothies from here only from now on!
