Pathetic. Now I understand why this place has low reviews compared to others. Should employees lock the doors prematurely? Should employees act inconvenienced when customers want to come in? Should Smoothie King find employees that want to work? You’re losing money because of your employees. Do your employees have the ability to turn off online ordering? That’s what appears to be the case. Couldn’t place an online order, so pulled up well before 9:00….employee is mopping and furious that a customer showed up.

The smoothie was good, but this is absolutely the least friendly location I have ever been to. When I walked in, nobody to be found, then a short biracial guy comes out and never says a word (ex: “hello, can I help you.”). The young girl makes my smoothie, never makes eye contact, smiles, nor says a single word. She puts it on the counter and walks off. Mind you, I was the only customer in the store. Management needs to spend more time training associates to be friendly.

This is super unfortunate because I love smoothie king and this is the only one near me. Every time I come to this location the employees are rude and don’t say a word to you. It’s very unwelcoming, and not to mention you ask for a foam cup and they don’t give you one like it’s some inconvenience. For the price not worth it.

This Smoothie King location in Louisville is top-tier! The staff is always welcoming and quick, and the smoothies come out perfect every time. I usually get the Gladiator or the Angel Food, and both are always fresh, thick, and taste amazing. It’s a great spot for a post-gym refuel or a quick healthy meal on the go. The store is clean and well-run—definitely one of the better locations in town. Highly recommend!

Absolutely no reason an employee who is serving multiple customers should be wearing a headphone set over her head and not have their hair tied up. Let alone handle money and proceed to work on drinks without washing hands or putting on gloves. Disgusting. Focus on standards and make it look like you want to be here next time please. I’ve had great experiences previously but didn’t feel today was acceptable. Be better next time.
