12/2. Ordered at 10:26am online. It’s 10:46 and still no order. As I pulled up, both employees were in the lobby with a car in the drive thru. Only that one customer. I called in and an employee said that the customer has two items that a long time. Apparently 20 plus minutes. This is ALWAYS and I really like smoothie king but this keeps me from coming and I live 4 minutes away. It use to be very good but has dwindled, tremendously!!!

I recently visited this Smoothie King driving to see my parents in MS and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of their smoothies and the excellent customer service. The Chocolate Slim and Trim with almond butter added helps me with my nutrition goals and is delicious! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Great service and does not take long to get your smoothie. If you want to sit in they have tables available or you can just take it on the go.

Attitude of employees is terrible! Placed order online and when I arrived 15 minutes later. They had not started and there was no one else there. They brought us the first smoothie after 6 minutes. The second one came after another 5 minutes. When I informed her that the first was strawberries and not blueberries, she didn’t care. She looked at her coworker, shrugged and closed the window. Next time I’ll wait til Hammond to order my Smoothie!!!

If I could ZERO stars, I would. My family came in and ordered 4 smoothies after waiting several minutes for anyone to even acknowledge we were there. 20 minutes later the woman who ordered AFTER us received her smoothie. Then the employee said she was starting on ours. I have never had to wait over 35 minutes for a smoothie. Ridiculous!

I absolutely love smoothie king I’m there everyday almost my favorite two smoothie are strawberry kiwi breeze with pure recharge and the second one is pineapple surf with pure recharge! They are both delicious! I totally recommend these two! Also there is really good customer service! The workers are great and very friends! They are really fast to get my order out! I absolutely have no problem with anyone at smoothie king and I recommend this place 100%!

No personality in anyone who works there. When mistakes are made instead of saying sorry they just stare at you like you’re a bug. If there was anywhere else for me to get the smoothie my dad likes I’d go there cause this place is horrible. Please just hire better people they all need to be fired and start again from scratch.

I visited Smoothie King this morning to purchase a P B Swirl I walk in asked if they had the they had the fixing for the bowl she said yes so I said so I said ok when she fixed it was not at all how it was suppose to look she put tiny pieces of banana in there and then drown it with peanut so i couldn’t see that she didn’t fix it right ALSO THE BOWL ITS SELF WAS RUNNING NOT FIRM AT ALL. I would not have given it to no one I truly don’t appreciate the service I receive WHEN SPENDING YOUR MONEY YOU SHOULD GET GOOD SERVICE. I WILL BE CALLING THE CORP OFFICE. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING SO VERY DISAPPOINTED. WILL SEND PHOTOS SOON ALSO THE CASHIER WAS VERY DRY AND UNFRENDLY JUST A BAD VISIT!!!!!!!
