This smoothie king location is definitely the slowest and inconsistent location I have visited. I live in the area so it’s convenient but definitely not worth it. They are painfully slow and your smoothie does not always taste the same.

I had a fantastic experience at Smoothie King thanks to Cody’s outstanding customer service. From the moment I made my order, Cody greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and made me feel welcome. He was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations based on what I was looking for, and made sure my order was just right.
What stood out most was his attention to detail and friendly attitude—he went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making customers feel valued. Cody is a true asset to the Smoothie King team!

I visit the Gulfport location often in the weekends. The staff is always friendly and produce great bowls. The coconut one is my fav!

For there cost you would figure the cup would be full. Last night I ordered a 32 oz smoothie. Their was a good one inch of cup not full, and this not the first time. I parked the car and went in side to tell them, and she made me a new smoothie. I drink star bucks too, but their cups you can see through. For the business I give you, you would expect better service. Thank you

After ordering I sat in line for 20 mins, then when I finally got to the window I was told they could only take cash because the system was down. I stated I do not have cash but I do have the app, she said I can’t accept that either. I said I wish I knew that before I sat in line so long. All I was told was I’m sorry.
Basically my two smoothies were thrown in the trash because I did not have cash and was not told before ordering.

Employees are not friendly. When handed 6 smoothies, I asked to be sure which one didn’t have peanut butter. I was told I should have asked for the special blender. I didn’t know there was a special blender. Instead of a thank you for buying 6 smoothies, I just received huffs. I decided to thank her for the smoothies. No response. No smile. Just a closed window. Very sad.
UPDATE: I was contacted by the marketing manager for details and resolution. Extremely professional and a desire for any needed coaching to improve the experience.

Go to lunch spot on busy days. I use the mobile app and they always have my smoothie on time and they’re reltivly consistent on the order tasting the same (sometimes the protine powder is a bit more gritty but the flavor is always the same). Definatly one of the better smoothie king locations i’ve been to, and the staff is always sweet.
