Disappointed and Concerned — Expired Snack from Smoothie King
I’m really disappointed with my delivery from Smoothie King. I decided to order a yogurt pretzel snack along with my smoothie, only to realize after eating part of it that the package was expired. That’s completely unacceptable for a brand that promotes health and wellness.
The expiration date wasn’t just a few days off — it was months past due. When I mentioned it to the staff, they seemed indifferent. It made me question how carefully they check their inventory and whether other items might also be outdated. Again, this is unacceptable.

DELOVITT is hands down the best Smoothie King worker we have ever come across. I am speechless. If only everyone loved their job as much as he loves his. I wish we lived closer because I would drive just to get me a dose of DELOVITT!!! What a blessing he is to your company!!!

This location opened late and didnt take my order until 9:14am. I was the first drive-through order of the day. The website says they open at 9am. Waited 12 minutes to get my smoothie, which wasn’t fully blended because they were rushing to catch up. Thick, huge ice chunks. Also, the smoothie wasn’t filled up to the lid, like it is at the Laurel location. The smoothies are usually good but I won’t be coming in the morning again

I have to say, I’ve never had a nicer person take my order than who I had this morning! I wasn’t feeling all that well, and the guy working there was just so incredibly kind. It just made the day better! It says on the receipt his name was Delovitt.

Service was nice and great as usual, but today my smoothie was disgustingly watery and had no flavor. I’m very upset because I believe they were rushing the orders because the drive thru was long. I’d rather wait for a good smoothie than get through quickly and get the smoothie I had to pour down the sink today.
