I don’t know who the owner is but you need to hired better staff. I have been here many times but today I have had it. I ordered the coco haze smoothie bowl thru the app. Could not get anyone to answer the drive thru so I went inside to pick it up. Once I got home, the bowl was only half full and I was missing 3 different ingredients. One in which I paid extra for. I tried calling the store back 5 times just for no one to answer. I will not be going there again until the owner does something about that staff.

I am so grateful for the new management! They are so respectful! they made my smoothie great! I was out and about, running some errands and grabbing a quick bite, and I decided to stop by and give them a try. The were very welcoming, and the staff were friendly I can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu items!

Ordered a 44oz “Chocolate” gladiator for $13 with strawberry’s and blueberry’s. I received a smoothie of strawberry’s and blueberries in ice water, 0 flavor. I returned to tell them what happened and she told me that the chocolate protein was a powder, like I didn’t know. I asked is the chocolate protein unflavored?!? She said she would make it again. So I said if you made it right the first time, than why would I want another?? Lesson learned.

New management has turned it around. The employees are the ones who keep it going great! Been 3x since the re opening. I couldn’t be happier. The service is phenomenal by all employees. On top of it. Also no issues with the allergies. Husband is allergic to bananas and the previous employees didn’t seem to understand this. It was bad. After each time the allergies fir him and my son were ignored and we had issues we quit going. Obvious reasons. This set of employees care. Thank goodness!! 10/10

Dry rude environment smoothies were not made right nothing but watery ice. When asked attendant about it she said thing is down. I asked here what thing she said her printer for ingredients. Very poor service. Sad with the reopening I had hopes for better
The two girls did not speak and welcome customer at all.

I work with the public, so I’m generally more lenient and rarely leave reviews because I try and understand that people have bad days or circumstances that may affect their performance. However, the chances that both individuals within this smoothie king both being incredibly rude and seemingly having zero desire to work seems too circumstantial. The drive through headsets were allegedly out, so I pulled around. No one came to the window, so I pulled around to the front to go inside and saw one of the two employees sitting in the chair looking out of the window. We made eye contact, and she motioned for me to pull back around. Eventually I was able to order, after sitting for probably 45 seconds to a minute (during which time one employee made eye contact with me and turned around nonchalantly). Once ordering I felt as if I was bothering that employee or wasting her time. The smoothie was well made, but the service left such a sour taste in my mouth it was hard to enjoy it.

On 12/16 I went to Smoothie King as I often do after going to the gym. The wait time was horrid , as usual, but I’m patient and it’s become standard at this location. Throughout the years I have only ever ordered one smoothie, Peanut Power Plus — Chocolate. Though the taste was as usual, after a few sips I immediately knew something was off. Within 5 minutes of leaving the drive thru I called the store to see if they served anything with pecans (I’m allergic). I was told they do not, only almonds and peanuts. Cool. I continued driving wherein I started to have an allergic reaction. Upon checking the menu I found that they serve several smoothies that contain butter pecan ice cream. Due to the taste not being off I’m assuming that a blender or utensils weren’t cleaned properly. Once I treated the allergic reaction I called the store back and a young lady told me that the recipe for what I ordered doesn’t contain pecans. I know this, I’ve ordered it for years. I’m not allergic to peanuts. I eat them often and I have successfully (up until this point) avoided pecans for over a decade. Because I wasn’t able to drink the $7 smoothie, I simply wanted my money back. The smoothie was placed in the freezer to return. Didn’t make a fuss about what could have been a serious health scare. These were kids and as a teacher I understand accidents/oversights happen. Thankfully I immediately knew something was wrong and caught it early. I asked to speak to a manager, however one was not present. The young lady called me back after speaking to the manager, Amelia Cutway. The manager stated that I could not receive a refund because I knew the drink had nuts in it and I would need a note from a doctor stating that I had an allergic reaction from pecans. The young lady was respectful in delivering the message and from her tone obviously understood how ridiculous this request was. I thanked her and assured her she had done her part. I now warn anyone with food allergies to patronize at your own risk. I’m disappointed that this location, specifically the manager, doesn’t have basic customer service and decency. Mistakes happen. I didn’t approach the situation with hostility, I simply wanted my money back. I won’t spend another dime with them.
