I’m not sure who owns this location, but it’s pretty obvious there’s little to no oversight. That’s what happens when You allow high schoolers to run your establishment. Worst Smoothie King I’ve ever experienced and this review comes after 15+ visits. Time and time again something is off. Service is crap and they get the order wrong OFTEN!

This location is said to have workers sitting with boys in the back window with no shirts on, with their earbuds in their ears. They always take all day to make my smoothie. People with regular clothes walking around.

Ordered delivery 3 times in 7 months and all 3 times, they had the driver call me to tell me they were out of one of the bowl bases. These kids & the ones running the Tropical Smoothie across the street shouldn’t be left unsupervised unless they pass a customer service etiquette class! Bc I call to ask if they have everything for bowls in stock before I order & the girl who answered today was rude so I told her why I called to ask and she just hung up!

I went in this morning to get a smoothie for the fourth to get the day started. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and the atmosphere instantly boosted my mood. My smoothie was perfect and the employees made sure I got the exact smoothie I wanted. Highly recommend.

I can’t even comment on the smoothie experience because we walk in to the establishment and it smelled horrible. The bathrooms were flithy, the drink cooler was dirty, and snacks were dusty. I hope management explain the importance keeping a the store clean.

I was in the drive thur waiting for my smoothie. I look through the window to the back of the store and this girl was on her phone the entire time! She did not move a muscle or even bother helping out her other two co-workers. Simply typing away and even scrolling in the middle of her job! Meanwhile this young boy and another girl were finishing up my order. If it was not for the young boy and the other young girl I would’ve given this review a one star. I hope something like this won’t happen in the future.

I really did not intend to go to smoothie king, but I said I’ll try it out. I was not greeted with an hello, I was greeted with, a sigh . Then the young man, after getting up out his seat says, “You know what you want?” He gave no recommendations, still no decent customer service. The young lady working with him says to him, “you didn’t have to be so mean.” He replied to her that he wasn’t being mean, but obviously, she, the young lady working with him, understands that he gave crappy service. I walked out. You can’t get my money with crappy services.
