I originally wanted a gut health smoothie, but I sensed the employee was unsure how to make it, so I chose a simpler smoothie (strawberry-kiwi). It was OK. Employees were playing around and seemed somewhat inattentive to customers. When the smoothie was ready, I think the girl mumbled something like “strawberry kiwi” and placed it at the end of the counter and walked away. I assumed it was mine, so I grabbed it and walked out. She never said thank you. I thought I would get better customer service in Madison than in west Jackson, but I guess I was wrong. We recently moved from Texas to Mississippi, and we are surprised at what passes as customer service at some businesses over here.

I recently returned to this location to give it another chance. Unfortunately, the product quality is still inconsistent. Every visit feels like a gamble.

They suck!!! They are very skimpy with the granola. We were the first people in here and they gave us our smoothie bowls last. They are so so so slow!! This isn’t the first time this has happened. They are very slow every time I go! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Don’t waste your money coming here!!

If you’re looking for a low calorie meal this is the spot but the workers are kinda rude. Couldn’t even get them to acknowledge my existence at all for like 10 minutes- I assume because I look poor? Gotta have your best lulu lemons on to get any quality service cause they could help the person in front of me no problem

As a small business owner myself, I know the power of a positive review! I am leaving reviews for places I love and frequent often. I love the smoothies always at smoothie king! Today the service was above and beyond! Jennifer greeted me enthusiastically, answered all of my questions, and had done the fabulous Christmas decorations! Love being a customer here—thankful for service with a smile early in the morning!

THIS COUSTMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!! I asked for extra granola in the middle and they charged me for it and didn’t even put it in the middle like I asked. And I came before some people did and they completed my order last. I had to wait over 20 minutes for a bowl they didn’t even make right. I feel like I just wasted my money. Pls reconsider coming here. OMG I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY BOWL FOR SO LING AND THERE FAKING FOREVER.

The smoothies themselves tasted fine, but they seemed overwhelmed with mobile orders . It took over 5 min to take our order despite being the only people in the stores and after waiting 15 for it to be made, one of the two smoothies was the wrong type and size. They did remake it correctly. I just don’t expect getting 2 smoothies to take 25+ minutes when there are so few people in the store.

I’m deeply concerned after witnessing an employee bully another colleague at this location. When I visited the store, there were three young ladies working. One took my order while the other two were making drinks. The young lady preparing my drink called my name and asked if I wanted my smoothie to be made thinner, to which I said yes. After making it, she placed it on the counter and said, “Here is your peanut butter smoothie.” I told her, “Oh, I thought you called my name.” It turned out that she had called out a name that sounded similar to mine. The customer who ordered the smoothie and I laughed about it because it was a harmless mistake that I misheard. However, the young lady working alongside the employee who made the peanut butter smoothie aggressively chastised her coworker, saying that the names of the customers are on the ticket and that she needed to read them. This caused the employee who made the smoothie to become visibly upset and cry. She left the floor in tears. I waited for her to come back, gave her a hug, and reassured her that everything would be okay. I use the term ‘bully’ because I spoke with the young lady who made the smoothie the following day, and she informed me that she brought the incident up to her manager, but it was brushed off. Unfortunately, she decided to quit due to the hostile environment. This concerns me because this situation could have been prevented with proper communication skills. It was highly inappropriate for her to be chastised on the sales floor with customers watching and listening.
