They have a variety of smoothies, so take your time choosing — hopefully, yours tastes as good as mine did.
They also sell protein and fitness bars. Prices are affordable.
I noticed one employee was wearing gloves and a mask, while another (a woman) wasn’t wearing either. If there’s a health & hygiene protocol in place, all employees should be following the same standards.
Customer service was terrible — like a nightmare.
Only recommended if you’re just passing through.
Grab something quick and leave ASAP.

I placed an online order for a cold brew mocha smoothie this morning before a meeting. I ordered the largest size and all I did was replace the nonfat milk with almond milk. This was gross! It was like water with ice and there was no taste of chocolate, mocha, coffee. Nothing. It was $14 and a huge waste of money. Do yourself a favor and make your own shake. If you can. I am staying at a hotel or else I would have made my own protein shake like I normally do. I have gotten Smoothie King in Knoxville and Cookville, but this place is terrible. I couldn’t even get half of it out of the cup because it was just ice. What a ripoff.

This is the dirtiest store I have been in. Highly recommend not using their restroom it had not been cleaned in looks like forever which made me look closer at store overall. I would suggest finding another location unless they do a good cleaning and keep it that way. I should have gotten pictures so nasty. Definitely health department concerns.

Molly & James were two excellent workers you’re very nice and respectful. They made my food quickly and they had a great atmosphere. James was nice respectful and he made my food very very good. I loved my food by Molly. Also I couldn’t get enough of my food. I love the P swizzle she made it perfectly and James James was such a nice employee he he had everything to bring to the table he was nice. He was excellent. He made my food quickly Molly she she actually made my best food. We really loved her energy and how fast she made our food. I will be coming back again and I hope Molly and James are working when I come back. We are leaving a five star review.

Employees were rude and unprofessional and turned us away stating that the store was closed despite it not being closing time. They weren’t even doing anything besides loitering around behind the counter yapping to each other. Probably will never visit another Smoothie King again as this is the second one in a row that said they were closed early. And the employees have never made me feel like I want to give them my business.

I’ve visited this location twice recently and the inconsistency is a major issue. My first smoothie was filled with large ice chunks, making it difficult to drink. On my second visit, I ordered a smaller version of the same drink and it had almost no flavor. For the high prices, I expected a much better experience

The young lady that took my order was very rude, short, and acted as though she didn’t care. After she made my drink she quickly went to the back to continue her conversation who whoever she was talking to when I walked. I had no time to double check and ask her if made me smoothie correctly (added fiber and protein). This was the worst Smoothie King experience that I’ve ever had. Side note: the drink is good.

I don’t know what is going on with this location the past few months. The store is dirty the bathroom is disgusting and smells. I always order the same thing and the past few times they have messed it up! Look at this crap! It’s the PB Delight but they put no peanut butter on it! Wth ♀️ I called and told them after I got home and opened it the girl was extremely rude and said oh well. No apology no let me make it right. I asked for the manager and was hung up on. Unbelievable! Horrible franchise owner!
