Tried to walk in store at 745 in the morning and door was locked ordered online and my order was sitting on the counter. Knocked held my phone so she could see I had a online order, and the lady inside motioned me to go thru drive thru. If you think I’m going to sit in a drive thru with 4 cars ahead of me while my smoothie melts on the counter you have lost you’re mind……Doors supposed to open at 7 like sighn says but evidently that’s a lie. So I just got my money back and will never xo.e to this establishment again.all she had to do was grab my order from counter and hand it to me,that tells me customer service here is lacking badly

Went to get a smoothie to get me through the day after an already very long morning. I ordered my banana boat with peanut butter. By the time I got to the window I realized in the rush of the morning, I left my wallet at home. I felt so bad, apologized for the inconvenience and started to tell the gentleman “have a nice day” but he got permission to go ahead and give it to me no charge. It completely turned my day around. Just goes to show how far one simple act of kindness can go and that there are still good people in this world. Especially at smoothie king on canal. Y’all are amazing souls. Thank you for making this tired mamas day a million times better!!❤️❤️❤️

Love the team at Orange Beach and Foley and know they are both stores of Ms Star, she has exceptional employees that are always willing to help and have wonderful attitudes that can’t be faked as they deal with customers. Those type of employees only have that if they have it to set a example. I believe that what makes Star’s stores stand out. Thank you

Love Smoothie King, hate this location. Employees are slow, forgetful and unpleasant. They left me hanging at the drive thru for 7 minutes. “Forgot I was there.” Then they asked me if I’d tip them. THEN they had me pull around where I waited another 15 minutes for 2 smoothies. There was only one car in line ahead of me. Nobody was in the store.
Really dissatisfied with the service we have gotten here on more than one occasion.
I’ve now been waiting for my smoothies for a total of 23 minutes, which was more than enough time for me to get aggravated and leave this review.

The cashier had zero patience at the drive-through window as we were looking at the menu, trying to figure out what we wanted to order. Then she proceeded to yell through the microphone with a smart comment. She wasn’t much friendlier at the window either. Very weird experience
