BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
This one lady when she speaks to you at the drive through has some can attitude (like she just doesn’t want to be there) and doesn’t even great you at all. They gave me my wrong order plenty of times, it’s like they don’t know what they are doing. And they also don’t give you a receipt or ask you if you want one which they should. Have always gotten my smoothies there but since they have changed staff they are not doing well and should either treat you good or leave.

I normally order the smoothie bows which are like my favorite things for lunch. I ordered them at least twice a week . I placed the order today for 2 smoothie bowls. Drove back to work. My drive which is five minutes away. and When i started to eat my smoothie bowl, it was completely melted. To the point it poured out and spilled. I called and complained, and the manager told me there was nothing they can do, because they do not issue refunds, that the order shouldnt have melted because they made it . The order was melted because it was so hot outside. And that’s just the way it is, so I could not receive A. Refund. I told her that that was unacceptable. I then spoke with the owner Shanna who told me that unless I brought her the product I would not receive refund because she would have no way to know if i had eaten the bolws.I stated that I had the receipt and what was only on an hour lunch break. The manager seemed disinterested and told me. I would have to bring the order back today and receive my refund. I was pretty much accused of trying to get something for free. The owner even hung up the phone while I was still talking. I am very disappointed and will not ever spend my money at that location. I have never been treated so rudely. If I could give negative stars I would!

So awesome this Smoothie King. 40oz I can drink all day long and get my 40 plus oz of protein. They have great combos for any tastes. Vegan options also. Kids were great, friendly and nice, just be nice to them and ask them how their day is going…u might be amazed at what they tell you.
Just wish they had a Smoothie King in Toronto. I’d be there daily. Way better than booster juice.

Whoever has been blending the smoothies lately is doing much better job. Several months ago I debated not going anymore because it was so bad. Chocolate hulk would have chunks of ice and pecans. So much better now

After the gym I decided to use the app to place my order. I use the app frequently to make it easier for the workers. When I arrived I saw no one was in line so I got in the drive thru. I was told by the worker to come inside and get my order. Which did not make sense to me because there wasn’t anyone in the line to begin with. I sent my sister in to get the smoothies because my hip was hurting and my sister asked her for straws and she copped an attitude and made her walk around ti get them instead of handing the straws that were right there. She used a sarcastic tone and didn’t seem very pleasant. I have ordered plenty times through the app and was able to use drive thru as my pick up. Her attitude was unnecessary.

Be weary if you try to use a paper coupon and you pay for your smoothies with the smoothie king app. I tried to use a buy one get one free paper coupon and was told they had to scan the qr code in my app to use the coupon. This made no sense to me because when you scan the qr code it is going to pay for my smoothie and you still haven’t put in the coupon. I couldn’t see the charge on my cc until I got home and checked and I did get charged for all smoothies. The next time I was at the location I pointed this out to them and the guy at the window went and got a superior and she proceeded to let me know that she didn’t believe my story. This was obvious. I even asked her if she thought I was trying to essentially steal a smoothie from her and who would do that and she told me that I would be surprised at how often this happened. At that point really didn’t know what to say. I showed her the other half of the paper coupon and asked her to at least take my name and number and ask the employee if it was a mistake. I haven’t got a call back in over two weeks and feel so insulted that I haven’t been back. My son and I were going three times a week and we still want smoothies so we go to the Daphne location now.
