I’m not sure if there is new management, but the manager at the window today was very friendly and the visit was seamless. I’m surprised they don’t have higher reviews? I had a great visit.

This Smoothie King is clearly under new management! The service , freshness, and friendliness of staff made for a great experience. Not to mention they have several food options…avocado toast was the best around. Go once and you’ll definitely be back!

great smoothies but the service is absolutely terrible. placed an online order & waited 50 minutes for two smoothies, & it wasn’t anywhere near busy. & then the girl asked what we ordered. i hate to be that person but there’s just no way it takes nearly an hour to make two smoothies. something needs to be done about the staffing here.

Brett went above and beyond my expectations. Customer service top notch. I was acknowledged upon my arrival and he was very knowledgeable on the Smoothie King mobile app and rewards. Which I truly appreciate!! It was clean as always and fast!!! Even on a cold day I love to come here. Brett even offered to add enhancements and recommend various options to add to my smoothie. He’s not an order takers ….Brett is the model employee everyone should want to have !!!

These three ladies killed it today. Drive through was packed, inside was busy and they were absolutely amazing. Greeted us when we came in, thanked us for waiting patiently. Just great customer service all around. Great location!

I like the smoothies and the first time I visited the service was great but after that it’s been awful. They’re so slow and there are only two workers in sight. The employees are nice-ish. They screwed up my order one day, and I left with only one smoothie of four that I ordered and I wasn’t the only one whose order was not completed. I still like the smoothies, but efficiency is not good here. I’ve had much faster service elsewhere.

Really loved this smoothie bowl – so delicious and highly recommend. I’m glad there is now a smoothie king closer to where I live. Haven’t been inside, just ordered ahead online and went through the drive thru but it was great.
