I came in this morning and ended up waiting 12 minutes in the drive-thru just to get told my order wasn’t ready. The girl at the window explained she was the only one there until 9:30, apologized, and offered a discount. She was clearly overwhelmed. This isn’t a onetime thing either because it’s the fourth or fifth time I’ve come and she’s been alone during the morning rush and I’ve been late to work because of it. I’ve worked in fast food before, and this kind of staffing is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location because of it.

Waited 5 min in drive thru after placing order for someone to come to the window. No apology. I asked if they were busy and was told yes, yet when I pulled out, there were two people at tables and no one at the counter.

Whoever was working on Memorial Day at 8:45am should no longer be employed there. I ordered two smoothies online, went to the pickup window & the girl handed me one smoothie. When I told her I had two she looked at me disgusted, didn’t say anything then came back about 1 minute later & handed me my smoothie. It tastes like straight water. I’ve ordered smoothies from there on a regular basis for years. This was not done properly & it appears it was out of spite. I will no longer be frequenting this smoothie king. They lost a loyal customer today.

This location was clean and well kept. However, their customer service needs improvement. The young woman who took my order was distracted with writing on her note pad and forgot to communicate my order to her coworkers. I only realized after 2 other people who ordered after me received theirs. When I followed up with her directly, she asked me what I ordered, asked for my receipt, called out my order to her coworker, and walked away without an apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. She then clocked out and left. Thankfully, the young man who prepared my order was polite, and the smoothie bowl tasted great.

Terrible environment here and such a bummer because the quality of the ingredients are great. I would much rather go to a Smoothie King than the competitors but the lack of customer service is unbelievable. Walking in and being stared at with an expressionless face, and then being ignored when trying to purchase additional items. The employees actually saw me waiting at the register and walked into the back together. This location has cameras visible from the front counter so I could actually see them intentionally hiding from having to do their job. Unreal. Will not return.

Been coming to this location for a couple years now and extremely disappointed on the service today. Just got done ordering a peanut power plus “peanut butter flavor” and when I taste the smoothie there was absolutely no peanut butter in the smoothie. Aaron who made the smoothie looked and sounded like he was stoned and when I asked if he forgot to put the peanut butter in it he just stated he’ll make a new one. I get that we make mistakes from time to time but it really seemed like either he didn’t know what he was doing or he didn’t really care.

I ordered two 20 oz smoothies on Friday 9/26 at 5:10 PM. Pulled to the window and there was a sign stating that you get a 32 oz smoothie for the price of a 20 oz smoothie on Fridays. Why would the cashier not inform me of that when ordering?
