I came to smoothie king since I had a 20% off coupon in the app and I have not been there in a while due to the cost, but it was nice to use a coupon! I’ve definitely missed this place. It’s been a while since I’ve come so ordering was a bit of a challenge. However, Carmen working in the drive-through was very knowledgeable and helpful to guide me in the right direction for what I was looking to order. She was very patient with me and explained the difference in the smoothies perfectly for me to understand and with a smile! We need more people working customer service roles in this world! I will definitely be coming back since the customer service quality, and the taste being so awesome I’ll definitely be back again! thank you for a great recommendation, Carmen! As well as the free sample of the smoothie King chips!

Walked in to order 2 smoothies for me and my daughter. And two of your workers man and woman were both playing around and spilling fruit and ice cream on the floor so just walked out

I went to smoothie king expecting a fast and easy order of an açaí bowl. I pull up to the speaker and a lady tells me that she will take my order in “one moment”. I proceed to sit in my car for 15 minutes before my order gets taken! It didn’t seem busy so I don’t know what was going on in there! Not to mention the two cars behind me. Once I pull up to the window I get cashed out, then waited 7 minutes for my bowl!!! Extremely disappointed with not only the service but the bowl as well. I asked to sub bananas for strawberries, and then THEY BARELY GAVE ME ANY STRAWBERRIES!!!! But a whole lot of coco nibs and granola. Super super disappointed and upset. I don’t know if they are short staffed, but I don’t plan on coming back.

My family and I tried out the new Smoothie King on Mariner near Spring Hill Dr for the first time. Amazing staff! They were very friendly and helpful and made sense of the menu which really helped decide the right choices for us. The place was clean and well organized, the bathrooms were clean and well stocked and the smoothies were great. I had the Banana Boat with peanut butter and it was REALLY GOOD. My wife had the Berry Blast and it was tart but delicious as well. Overall I have to give this a high 5☆++. We will definitely be back here again soon.

I’ve been coming here recently and it’s poorly staffed. There’s always three people working and it takes a minute to get my smoothie. I really appreciate the hard work and dedication from the staff trying their best to hand it out in a fast pace.But please allow more people on staff throughout the day so it doesn’t take so long for the wait time.
