Never thought I’d be leaving a bad review for my favorite place to order from. First night of pure mess and mess up. No spoons, no napkins. The fruit had bad blueberries in the bowl, the bananas were browned. Barely any granola and not enough coconut sorbet as normal. Idk if someone new is working or what but it’s always been beyond perfect and amazing service and bowls. Tonight made me not want to order again….

It should not be different if you order a 20oz or a 44oz, but with the individuals in this location they care little about what you pay and fill your 44oz with more water/ice. My wife and I got the exact same drink except one was 20 and one 44. Not only did they put the almond butter in hers (she’s allergic l) but none in mine and mine tastes like a watered down blueberry with nothing more in it. For $17, they would be better off spitting in your drink & I wouldn’t doubt it with the way they carry on at the Venice location.
Update: For those who think the “response” from Smoothie King is an attempt to make it right from this location…wrong. It’s another form to fill out on their own website. Bottom line, the practice at this location to ignore proportions/quantity for the amount you are paying only to fill a cup with ice- then additional ice when they get it wrong again…is what you should expect

It’s been at least a year since I’ve been to a Smoothie King. They used to have you order at the bar where you come in and then pay at the register. Apparently, now they have you go to the register and pick up at the bar, something I was unaware of as I was not-so-nicely told I’d have to wait in line (a line being 1 person ahead of me). I thought they were talking while I waited…I’m not one of those people who let’s 1 bad thing ruin your whole day, but they exist…she could have told me nicer, then tried to be nice afterwards, but too late. Service alone, 2 stars. My smoothie was good.
