I came in to pick up an order I placed online and it tasted very bland, so I asked to please have it remade. The girls werent necessarily rude or anything and a girl named Jaida remade it and it honestly came out worse and tasted watered down and didnt fill up the cup. However I usually have a good experience at this location.

Ordered a smoothie that was supposed to have peanut butter. Tasted the smoothie and no peanut butter. Mentioned it to the person behind the counter, and they said it had peanut butter and then walked away from me. I tried my son’s smoothie (he and I ordered the same), and his DEFINITELY has peanut butter. So service has a lot to be desired.
