Danielle and Isaac greeted us upon arrival. Offered us What’s blending – to try the smoothie of the week ‘Caribbean Way’. So that is what we ordered because it was delicious. I asked Danielle to not make it to sweet for us and it was made to perfection. New location is nice and clean. Excellent customer service.

Everything about this place was amazing, I’ve been to many many smoothie kings but this one is just an experience of its own. Every time im there the atmosphere is always clean , my smoothies are made quick and nice and it taste amazing. Most importantly the customer service is what’s best when I went it was someone named Naomi she was full of energy and really nice and took care of me and my family.

Walked in to no workers present. Guy come from the back and says nothing. Returns to the back then come back upfront and greets me. Ordered a smoothie and a avocado toast. Asked for honey drizzle on toast but he refused to do it even though ive had it done before.. They have it but he wont put it on the avocado toast. Just bad service.

Visited Margate location. Placed order and when I wanted to place an additional order the server said I had to wait so that he could attend to the people behind me. I have never been treated with such rudeness and disrespect from any establishment. Will not be back here but this guy needs some training

When this location opened up close to home I was elated!! I generally come in about 3x a week since it’s conveniently closer to my house, I usually walk in and I’m always greeted and the young man with braids/dreads already knows my order/name (so sorry I forgot yours) he really is the best!!
However I walked in Sunday early afternoon about 11am he wasn’t there, there was a young lady working by herself and had a few customers ahead of me so I knew I had to wait maybe 5-10mins the most. Why I waited over 30mins and left without a smoothie is beyond me!! She couldn’t find my smoothie and I know from experience most people can’t find it on the POS I guess it’s under another name….she made my smoothie along with other customers who came after me and everyone left after me….im glad I tried my smoothie before leaving because it wasn’t what I ordered at all. I let her know it was wrong she called her manager I’m assuming and she then let me know that they “discontinued” this smoothie. Mind you I was there the day before and ordered the same smoothie. Overall yes I did get my refund but the experience was just plain chaos and a waste of my time. I left that location and drove to another and got my smoothie I always order. I won’t be returning and will continue going to the one in Coral Springs for my correct non discontinued smoothie (:
