Omg Theresa is such a sweet person!! To be honest I go to this location everyday and when she’s there it’s always a wonderful experience, she’s extremely kind and helpful. She’s even shared her app points with the kids when the get good reports. Hands down one of the best staff members. ☺️

Where do I begin, first walking in I noticed it was very clean and very quite and nice. Now the customers service I was greeted by Theresa who was so sweet and professional to me I explained to her it was my first time at smoothie king she walked me through the steps and introduce me to different flavor smoothies and because of Theresa I will always return back Miami Lakes location she made me feel heard and she understood me. I’ve been going to this smoothie king for years. They are really good, make the smoothies perfectly and it’s always a pleasure to interact with their staff.
However today I went in and was helped by Melanie. Mel was also working.
Melanie was so courteous, friendly and even though there was an issue with my app, she worked around it. Oh and did I mention that the smoothies were perfect!!!!
