Our experience at Smoothie King was excellent. Our food came out looking exactly like the poster advertisement! The service was friendly, fast, and professional. The guys who were on 10/16/2025 around lunchtime are doing great work. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised and thought we ought to share our experience. The avocado toast was amazing! Smoothies were great like always.

I order from this location both in person and through Uber Eats A LOT. I normally have zero issues which is pretty amazing considering the volume of smoothies I order (judge all you want they’re delicious). However I did have an issue recently. My smoothie, honestly, was terrible. This was an Uber Eats order so I reached out to the store directly and let them know. Instead of giving me the typical “oh you ordered through a third party so we can’t do anything about it” line, they took complete ownership and apologized profusely stating that I never should’ve received something like what I got and wanted to make it up to me by making a replacement free of charge. They really take pride in providing high quality products and appreciated the honest feedback from me so they could improve the performance of their team and went above and beyond to make it right. We are all human and make mistakes so thank you to Ellis and Raye for not giving me excuses for whomever’s shortcomings were responsible and instead giving excellent customer service and hopefully, used it as a training opportunity. The replacement was top notch, as is what I am used to, and I will remain a loyal customer thanks to this experience!!! Thank you all again!

I usually have a pleasant experience until I tried placing and order via the app that was never processed due to error and then I was charged twice for it. I reached out to customer service and still have not heard anything back. This is not the first time this has happened but they usually get back to me and I haven’t heard anything. I left both my phone number and email address.

Why would you ask me if I bought my drink as the only black person in my group? You didn’t ask the others. It’s your job to hand out the drink to the customer. You could’ve asked the woman you work that rang me up to check. Very unprofessional to ask if I paid when it clear I did.

Not sure what’s going on with this location but I gave them 2 tries in the last week and they failed both times! First visit I Ordered a smoothie bowl and paid extra to add peanut butter squeeze. They failed to add the peanut butter and I didn’t notice until I was already headed back to work. 2nd visit, ordered the same exact thing and had my husband go pick it up. This time they got it COMPLETELY WRONG and sent me an actual smoothie in a cup with a straw.. Wth?! The only reason I ordered from this location was because it was convenient but I won’t be back!

First I was skipped in line to place my order, signage is very inadequate. After placing order, I had to wait 10 minutes to cash out, because the cashier was too worried about balancing the till and counting his tips, and then other person could not ring me up because the previous cashier did not set the register up. I promise that I will never return, I realize that the younger generation needs to work, but can someone please teach them what customer service is and quit worrying about entitlement and focus on common sense

I used to go to the Pace, FL location due to it being closer to my home, but I have had bad experiences every time! This Smoothie King is vastly different! The staff are so friendly and they go above and beyond. I am in and out in 5 minutes. Thank y’all for treating your customers so well!

The service is possibly with the lowest possible – the quickest I’ve ever seen.
It’s not a place to sit and enjoy as the atmosphere is more of a walk and walk out or stop in and get out. Quick and easy.
Staff are always wonderful z& professional, remember to tip them! They are too just like waiters and waitresses. And they make the place as good as it is…
