It’s hard to get service with both employees checking their phones throughout my buying experience. Then as I leave both go outside and enjoy a smoke. One of them had parked her car in the handicap spot despite the fact she was not handicap just lazy.

I had an amazing experience at Smoothie King! The customer service was top-notch — the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and had such positive energy. My order was taken and prepared super quickly, and everything was made exactly how I wanted it. It’s always refreshing to walk into a place where the team genuinely seems happy to be there. From the moment you walk in, Aysa sets the tone with her friendly energy and professionalism. She remembers customer preferences, keeps the place running smoothly even during the busy hours, and genuinely cares about the experience each guest has. You can tell her team respects her, and that reflects in how the whole crew works together.

This is the worst SK location I’ve ever been to, and I go 2-5 times per week. Every Monday they are out of ~40% of their ingredients. The employee talked in mumbles, and that is not something I usually struggle with – but she literally refused to open her mouth.
This is not the first negative experience at this Smoothie King, but it was the visit that proved most blatantly that it is not being managed at all.
