When I go to Smoothie King, I always get the Immune Builder Veggie Superfood that’s made with spinach, kale, banana and more. I am amazed that I do not taste the veggies yet I’m drinking the healthy vitamins. You can also get it as a Mixed Berry flavor which is yummy too. With this change in temperature to cooler weather, it seems everyone is getting sick with a cold, flu, sinus infection. Not me. I’m drinking this immune builder smoothie and staying well. I sometimes add collagen to it to help my joints. I bought a couple of their bars and mixed nuts to try out too. See photo. If you don’t know what kind of smoothie to buy, check out the App to view the many smoothie options and fruit bowls. Or you can ask the workers. I can’t have dairy but they have certain smoothies that I can have which is nice to have an option (unlike some ice cream stores where there’s nothing for me).

I didn’t give a bad star review, because I grab a smoothie here 2x a week at minimum and usually no issues. But this morning, they must’ve had the B team working. I order my usual 32 ounce vanilla hulk, add peanut butter. I receive a 20 ounce… Then they remake it to a 32 ounce. First sip, no peanut butter and doesn’t even taste like a hulk. Third time, and 10 min later… finally got what I ordered with no cars in line.

Amazing, healthy smoothies that are handmade with real fruit and nutrients. The wait was a little longer than usual due to it being a busy Saturday afternoon however, Michelle made it well worth our visit and made my daughter’s day with her exceptional service. We loved our smoothies.

Guy always messes up my order. 3 out of 4 smoothies. Maybe he should write things down or repeat the order back to the customer.
Edit: 30SEP at 4:49pm. Now it’s 4 out of 5. The SAME guy jacked up a Small Banana Berry Treat. Ordered small and got a large. When I told him his snarky sarcastic response was, “well I guess you got a gift” … nooooo. I ended up paying for a large that I didn’t want.
Two options: I will go somewhere else or just leave when I hear his voice on the speaker. I love smoothies… but I am just tired of rewarding incompetence.
TLDR: girls are great. The guy sucks. If you hear a male voice on the speaker just drive away.

I ordered ahead on the app, which was a smooth easy process.
I arrived a few minutes prior to my scheduled pickup time of 7:24. I was asked to pull up to the window.
There were no signs of any other customers inside.
I received my smoothie at 7:27. Look, I know it’s not a huge deal…and realistically 3 minutes isn’t a long time to wait but with an empty store I would expect things to be ready in time. (Especially since it was ordered on the app at 7:14).
Bonus, it tasted good. ♀️

The place is always very clean. Staff are extremely helpful and patience when explaining the menu it’s a great environment and atmosphere. It’s a pleasure coming into the store.

This place is conveniently located at a red light for easy in and out. The staff inside are friendly and the orders are prepared quickly. This location also has a chalkboard inside with a “secret menu” of items that are amazing. We’ve ordered twice now and both times have been great.

My fiancé and I went there 10 minutes before they closed (I know, what should I expect?) to get our son a smoothie because he had been sick and that’s the only thing he could try to ingest. There was only one car in front of us at the window who was waiting and talking to the drive thru employee for 5+ minutes. Someone came over the speaker and said they would be right with us. Once the car at the window drove away another person came on the speaker and said “sorry we’re about to close and our system has shut down.” It was 3 minutes til they closed when we had been waiting there since 7:50. There was also another car behind us. I have worked customer service for 12 years and know what it’s like to just want to hurry up and leave near the end of your shift and I have also told customers who were in my store well PAST closing time with the lights were out that our systems shut down knowing good and well it was a lie. Systems don’t shut down 10 minutes before you close, if at all. All we wanted was a kid size strawberry banana smoothie which would have taken your employee a minute to make and not much clean up. I never leave bad reviews even when employees aren’t the greatest, but this one struck a nerve. It’s almost as if the girl was trying to waste time with the car at the window to purposely not want to take our order. Appalling and awful customer service!
