This place is great; the staff is very helpful and always makes great smoothies. Great place to start and end water fasts. (My personal favorite is the lemon ginger spinach, remove the sweetener.) So good. It’s the best location we’ve been to as well. Better than Knoxville by a country mile.

Went In this evening and had a lovely experience with all the ladies there. I can tell they all work really hard for being so young. Wonderful customer service and smoothie bowls! Highly recommend. The Açaí bowls are the best.

I discovered this delight recently. This is the only place I have ever had smoothies from, so I have no comparison. Generally, everything I have tried is good. I mostly rely on recommendations from friends. My favorite is the “Banana Berry Treat.” The menu has so many unusual ingredients it is impossible to guess how anything will taste. It is clean inside. And they have the obligatory sign up for masks and social distancing. But this is the South. Science doesn’t live here. If you don’t want to be around unmasked customers, get the app and order ahead. Prices are a little high for a treat. Acceptable if your smoothie is your meal.
