Came inside during my lunch break. They forgot about my order even though I was standing there for about 10minutes. They were prioritizing the drive thru and I saw them realize they forgot my order when tjey realized that my order receipt was still in the receipt printer… staff kinda laughed about it…. so I thought maybe they started on it so I waited a few more minutes… then politely asked “how long until my order is done” and he kinda looked confused and said “in 5 minutes” I decided to get a refund because I had to get back to work. They refunded my order but I guess the tip i left was not refundable. Sad. Com …. kinda disappointed since this was my first experience at this location. Also there was a bad mildew smell in the store…and after looking at the other reviews maybe its good I didnt get the bowl…. The manager/unit director needs to look into these issues.

I’ve been coming to this Smoothie King for a while, and I have to say—the difference under the new management is incredible! The store feels so much more welcoming and organized. The staff are super friendly, quick with service, and they actually take the time to make sure my smoothie is blended perfectly every time.
Everything looks cleaner, the atmosphere is upbeat, and you can tell the new management really cares about quality and customer experience. My go-to is the Gladiator with strawberry and banana, and it’s consistently fresh and delicious.
Huge improvement all around—definitely my favorite Smoothie King location now! Highly recommend checking it out if you haven’t been in a while.
