I always order from this location through Uber Eats and have never had an issue until today. The portion I received was so small that I had no choice but to drive to the store to get it corrected, especially since Uber Eats was unable to resolve the issue.
When I arrived, the associate Marcus helped me, and he was just as shocked by the portion size as I was. Without hesitation, he remade my bowl the way it should have been made the first time, and he did so with a great attitude and a smile.
I truly appreciate Marcus for his professionalism and customer service. While today’s Uber Eats order was disappointing, the in-store service made a big difference.

The Delicious Loaded Toast was fresh, flavorful, and very satisfying. The avocado and eggs were perfectly done with just the right seasoning. Ms. Katrina made it, and she did an amazing job! Definitely will order again.

I ordered an acai bowl for delivery this morning at 10 am but received a skimpy fruit bowl with honey instead, which I didn’t ask for. They told me they couldn’t remake it and that I’d have to request a refund from Uber, even though I ordered through their site and it was delivered by Uber Eats.
**Update:** I just got off work and decided to keep the bowl as it was. Kristin came to the window and listened to my concern. She kindly explained that the bowl i chose came with honey, and she quickly remade my order without any hassle, and I really appreciate her for that, especially since I was quite upset earlier. I hadn’t eaten anything until lunchtime at (2 pm) because of the mix-up. Thank you so much for your help! ❤️ 5 stars!!!!
