I’m not sure what’s going on here but I won’t be coming back. Every time I come here my smoothie is not made right or not well blended (full of ice pieces). My last visit it took them 35 minutes to remake my smoothie (they were not busy at all) the young lady with the blonde hair was walking around on the phone with the manager and the young man with the dreads with the blonde on the ends is always texting on his phone while making orders and doesn’t wash his hands after touching the phone. I used to love this location but will drive to the one on 20 for better service and cleanliness.

Smoothie king on lake Dow location is very Pleasant and laid back better than making a Complete Drive to the One on 20 in McDonough and it’s a less further drive than waiting on traffic all day to just get a smoothie. And the service from Osneli Was very friendly and was very present and knew my smoothie very well 10 star ⭐️ rate for me. #No complaints from me.

Bryanna, Taleah, Bianca, and the rest of the crew are consistently attentive and kind. Since I usually order the same smoothie, they often will restate what I’m having because that already know- talk about great customer service!
The atmosphere is always upbeat and welcoming. I’m greeted by name, treated with genuine friendliness, and I always leave in a better mood than when I arrived. Thank you all for your excellent hospitality and for consistently going above and beyond!

Great service today from Brianna! I appreciated her taking the time to tell me about the savings I could get from downloading the app and being patient with me when I was a little indecisive with my breakfast order. The store was clean and the associates were friendly and prompt (I waited less than 5 minutes for my smoothie and bowl). I would highly recommend this location!

As African American I’m disappointed at the level of service given by the young African male with dreads that are dyed golden blond. From the moment he rang me up I could tell he didn’t want to be there. This is the worst smoothie I ever had. It’s like he used his own recipe to make it. I returned the kids Caribbean Way and kept the 20oz I should have asked for a refund for both. Because I got about 10mins down the road and realized it’s loaded with turbinado.

I’ve visited this location several times since they opened and have always had a great experience, but today they went above and beyond. I had my 4 year old with me and he’s been wanting a smoothie all week. After we got our smoothies, we headed down to Publix to grab a couple of things. Well his little 4 year old legs did him dirty and he went down, hard. His smoothie cup exploded he hit the ground so hard and smoothie went everywhere. Told him accidents happen and we got him cleaned up. Went back to Smoothie King and they immediately asked if there was a problem with my smoothie. I told her no and explained what happened and ordered a new smoothie and the cashier told me it was on the house. She definitely didn’t have to do that, and it was very appreciated. My little dude is now slurping the last bits out of the bottom of his cup as happy as he could be, ego still slightly bruised.
