I order an Goji Berry crunch açaí bowl and a 44oz smoothie last night from Uber Eats. I made two substitutions on the açaí bowl that they got wrong. However, when I called in, the young man I spoke to was so nice and told me to come back the next day. Next day when I came back the manager on duty, Tracy, was extremely helpful and understanding. She was kind, and accommodating and replaced my order right away. Tracy, you are absolutely amazing and make this store better everyday you’re there. God bless you and your team!!

I always have a good experience but today took the cake. The staff was debating back and forth in a great way about how to make my smoothie the best for my taste buds. I haven’t experienced service like this in a long time. So effortlessly being their selves providing excellent service. It’s 3:29pm whomever these dynamic two associates are definitely deserve a raise. Kudos to them for excellent service and thank you so much for all thar you do!

A lady named Jennifer who was taking the orders at the window was so rude and rushed my order. Then she deliberately took her time preparing my order along with the other women who was walking around barely doing her job. Jennifer kept making everyone else’s order and allowing them to leave when I was the first order of the day. It took 25 minutes for me to get my order. I informed my kids are hungry upon getting frustrated & she said that my kids will wait because she made it more important to handle the other customers when everyone should be treated equip. Her tone of voice was very rude from the jump as if she already had a problem through the microphone! I will never come to this location again! I will be filling a complaint with corporation and speaking with the general manager!

So I waited 10 min after I put my order in, to give them time bc I noticed they were busy. Went in, apparently they threw my ticket away (?) and asked me what I had. After giving them my order again, I went to go use the bathroom, was gone for several min and after being repeatedly told my smoothie was coming, still waited. It really shouldn’t take 20+ min for a single smoothie. Only positive thing was the smoothie tasted good.

Came at 6pm Tuesday, November 25th. Lights off in the front tryna make it seem close. That ain’t slick. We go in, the lady doesn’t seem happy at all. Like dang I get it having a job sucks but don’t take it out on me and s/o. Food was great but customer service needs a fix. Also don’t try to seem like you’re closed when you don’t close for 3 HOURS! You’re stuck making minimum wage because of your attitude. I ask what time they close and she completely IGNORES MY QUESTION. As we are walking out she’s a little happier. Lady comes out from the back to mop??? Listen i’ve worked fast food. This smoothie stuff ain’t hard.

My first experience at this Smoothie King location was extremely disappointing and centered entirely around a complete lack of customer service.
I pulled up to the drive-thru just before 8:29 PM. After the automated system prompt, I clearly stated my order. I sat there for a significant amount of time with no response whatsoever. I repeated “Hello?” multiple times, but there was still silence.
I could see two employees inside—young ladies with headsets on—so they should have been able to hear me. When I pulled up to the window, no one ever came to assist me.
I drove around and even called the store’s phone number, which also went unanswered. Yet, I could clearly observe the two employees inside, fully engaged in a personal conversation with a young male, laughing and talking, completely ignoring the customers waiting in the drive-thru.
Before closing at that!!!!!!
Oh yeah, it’s very poor lighting around the drive-thru area. While I was waiting for someone to answer, a man came out of nowhere, very close to my car walking with his hand in his pockets, looking backward at me. It’s not safe at night, get better lighting.
You don’t have to worry, it’s was my first and last experience there. I will never spend my hard earned money there!!! And to the two employees, do better!!

Every time I order online something is wrong with my order. This is why I prefer to go to the one off Cascade. They get it right every time no matter if it’s online or in the store. Unfortunately Door Dash doesn’t allow me to choose which store I get my order from. I NEVER taste the almonds I pay extra for and my smoothie never tastes like it does when I go to other locations.

I came to Smoothie King at 10:00 AM and could hear the entire personal conversation of the young employee inside. I stood at the order speaker for 19 minutes before she finally took my order.
When I pulled up to the window, there was one car ahead of me that had already been waiting 19 minutes as well. By 10:24 AM, that car had just paid and was still waiting for their order. I was the second car in line.
By 10:28 AM, I finally reached the window, only to see that they were just starting to make my smoothie—even though there was only one customer inside the store. I had an appointment to get to, and this delay was completely unacceptable.
In total, I waited nearly 30 minutes in the drive-thru and ultimately had to leave without receiving my order. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Smoothie King.

Smoothie king has kinda fallen off. My favorite used to be the peanut power plus. Not the same and there’s always the residue left over from the green smoothies. I wish they would prepare them in different blenders than the green smoothies. I’m over smoothie king

This was a PHENOMENAL experience! Sydney offered STELLAR service and presented an OUT OF THIS WORLD smoothie that truly, positively cleared out any digestive issues I might have been facing. She’s a bright jewel in the Smoothie King crown!
