The staff at this location are rude and have zero customer service. I strongly urge management to pull audio visual lobby recording of today Saturday August 2nd at 1:55pm. Your staff is not treating your customers in a professional not kind manner.

My lady and I have been to this location many times, and have had a relatively good experience until today, when the orders took long, and after we asked for our smoothies to be double blended, the orders came back watery, with some little white bubbles or film on top of my lady’s drink, which completely turned her off, AND though they said they put raspberries in hers, neither of us tasted it in her smoothie. My smoothie was the coffee protein smoothie, and was also more watery than usual.

January 5 2023 at around 7:45 am . I purchased a power meal smoothie via app. I selected 32 ounce as I normally do. At pickup dispute ordering ahead I still had to wait at least 10 min before receiving order via drive though . I was handed a 20ounce. I explained I selected a 32 ounce and unsure of what glitch the app made. Showed my app and reward status and requested it be made into a 32 ounce. Cashier refused and was rude . Says once it’s made it’s too late . I decided to now go inside. Despite it being the same price since I was a member . At that point I requested a refund in which she then tried to charge me for another smoothie after I clearly stated I wanted a refund . I sat the smoothie untouched back on the counter . She then tells another walk in that the lobby is closed . Do better with customer service and teach them the guarantee model

Okay ‼️UPDATE‼️ I tried this establishment again and the experience was worth it. The young lady acknowledged me and made my order correctly. I am happy that this place called to make things right and afforded me another opportunity to go back and receive a different experience. Please continue to do great work! Way to go Smoothie King

Just terrible! They deliberately gave me the wrong order and thought I wouldn’t recognize. They didn’t want to fix it and give me what I paid for but they sure did mess up the quality of the smoothie by using so much ice making it unbearable to suck through a straw. I won’t ever be back. The little kids in there lack decorum and basic customer service skills

Aniya S attitude was not pleasant at all. I wasn’t greeted at the drive thru speaker. I was met with “go head with your order.” I kept having to ask her to repeat herself because she was talking extremely low. When it was time to pay she slid the card reader through the window instead of just handing it to me.
It was my first time at this location. And she made me not want to come back.
