Stopped by the Smoothie King in Suwanee and had an excellent experience. I ordered the Hulk, as recommended by Carrie, the manager who was running the entire store solo like a pro. She was upbeat, friendly, and gave thoughtful recommendations for high-protein options that actually fit what I was looking for.
The store was clean, bright, and well-kept, and the smoothie was perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about both the product, tge store and the customers.
Five stars. I’ll definitely be back.

I hope this is the right smoothie king. My daughter went inside to purchase two 32oz lemon twist smoothies. As soon as she sat in the car she took a sip, and said omg! This is the best smoothie I ever had! And the lady in there was very sweet. I grabbed my smoothie and tasted, and my daughter wasn’t kidding. That smoothie was so good and perfectly made.i went back in there to thank her, and told her how delicious she made our smoothies. Her name was CARY, and she was a sweetheart. Very energetic, nice, and professional. It’s hard to find exceptional customer service these days, but CARY YOU ROCK!! And thank you for the sweet sayings on the cups. Went in for a Gladiator Chocolate smoothie for lunch. The inside is very clean, but not well set up for inside enjoyment. They have free-sample Thursdays so I got to enjoy a chocolate again cup while I waited.
I was the only one in there at the time, service was extremely fast and the counter person was very knowledgeable about what they have.
I will come back for a smoothie lunch again!
Also, let’s of little healthy things for sale, like protein powder and snacks.

I honestly don’t expect much when I go to a smoothie king because of how inconsistent my experiences have been in the past, but this location deserves a huge shout out. The woman who took my order was friendly and keen on small talk. I was also throughly impressed with the buildout of the interior. Most smoothie kings are kinda corporate and depressing on the inside, but this location was genuinely a nice place to be and had very comfortable seating inside. I left feeling very happy and my smoothie was very delicious (berry keto champ with two servs peanut butter and stevia).

I stop at smoothie king several times a week ( same order different locations). I don’t use the app, sometimes I use a $1.00 off survey. The price at all the other locations that I have been to are consistent with pricing except this location. They charge $2.00 more than any of the smoothie kings that I have been to. I am in the area at least once per week but I will not be getting my smoothies from this location.

Late post. I was in this Smoothie King about a month and a half ago. There was a new young lady working there. Her Customer Service is top tier, she greeted me when I walked in, she repeated my order back to me to make sure she got it right. Someone else made the order, which was good, but when I was leaving I was sent off with a “Have a Great night”. It put a smile on my face and is so nice in this new age where customer service is lost (except for a few places).

I frequented this Smoothie King twice last week after not going for months (due to a low health food score) and I had great service. This time, not so much. I walked in and Joia was apparently ready to go home. It was 8:40pm. There was no acknowledgment when I walked in and that isn’t that important, but when she finally acknowledged me as I stood waiting at the register (I was the only customer in there), she seemed bothered as she finally asked what could she get me. She was annoyed that I asked her to put on gloves and when she commenced to use those gloves on the register, I asked her to change again. And if looks could kill!
‼️Announcement folks in the food industry. The gloves are to protect us not you. They are not for scratching your head, wiping your sweat, scratching your butt, or using the cash register, etc.‼️ If you don’t want to work, please stay home. I can assure you if the owner were present, you would have a totally different attitude and demeanor.
