Had a middle of the pack experience here. It’s a small shop. The breakfast item wasn’t anything to rave about, but the smoothie was pretty good. Just the right amount of sweetness. I plan on coming back to try some other smoothies a few people recommended. If those hit the spot. I might have to move the needle on this review.

BEWARE: This Smoothie King location does not like to give customers fresh fruit. To make matters worse, some of the employees here have poor customer service and have a lack of business acumen. I went there today around 5:30pm and ordered a peanut power plus smoothie. Prior to placing my order, I asked the cashier if they could use a freshly peeled banana (since the bananas in the bowl appeared brown and old). The cashier said yes and that it wouldn’t be a problem. On my order ticket, she wrote “freshly peeled bananas”. Another lady began making my smoothie. The lady looked at the order ticket, read it, and COMPLETELY IGNORED the instructions to use “freshly peeled bananas”. I stopped her and asked her if she could please use fresh bananas, because I did not want her to use brown, old bananas that appeared as if they had been sitting in the bowl all day. The lady REFUSED to give me a fresh banana and told me I had to take/accept the BROWN, OLD looking bananas and that the fresh unpeeled bananas that were behind her were for something else. The lady then tells me that I can order something else if I did not want to use the BROWN, OLD looking bananas (which looked even worse other times I have visited). In response, I told her to cancel my order and refund my money. Instead of exhibiting good customer service and exercising good judgment by using a fresh banana, the lady stood 10 toes on not using a .10 (cents) freshly peeled banana and cost the business $8. If I was the owner, she would be FIRED! Bad business! You all should not try to force customers to use old looking fruits that they do not want to use in their smoothies. Our money! Our bodies! Our choice!

I had a feeling they wouldn’t fill my bowl like the other locations would so i asked to see how much smoothie bowl base they put in the bowl. They showed me a pitaya bowl so i decided to buy one. But when i get my actual bowl it wasn’t filled with acai base and it wasn’t frozen. They had just made it. So within minutes it’s melting and more like a cold soup. When i asked why they don’t fill the bowl, the response was “my manager told us not to fill it all the way up”. I asked for the manager…of course she isn’t there. It’s my understanding that this is a franchise so she can operate however she likes. So if you expect to receive what smoothie king corporation advertises, don’t come to this location. I won’t be back!

I don’t visit Smoothie King often, and I think I’ve only been to this location one other time, but every experience has been fantastic for me. As a big fan of lemonade, this drink was right up my alley—it was perfectly chilled, nicely sweet, with just the right balance of strawberry and lemon flavors. While I wouldn’t say it’s perfect, it comes pretty close!

When I arrived, the store was quiet with no other customers. The staff was actively cleaning, so while it wasn’t spotless at the moment, they were clearly working on it. The associate who helped me was friendly and even cracked a few jokes, which made the atmosphere feel much lighter and more welcoming.

If I had to recommend this location, I definitely would. From my experience, it’s rarely crowded, meaning you can usually get your order quickly, and the staff has always been pleasant and professional. If you’ve never been to Smoothie King, this is a great spot to start. They offer a variety of options, from healthy choices to indulgent treats, making it a great place to grab a refreshing drink!.

For the past 5 years my family has always enjoyed the Friday upsize smoothie special. The smoothies have always been good until the last 6 months. We have purchased the same smoothie that include pineapples and strawberries each and every week. However for the last 3 Fridays this smoothie location has run out of strawberries and/or pinapples each and every week. Additionally the quality of the smoothies have gone done too. Prior to the last 3 weeks the same thing has happened off and on and again the store has run out of these same ingredients. What is happening? It appears to me that whoever is ordering supplies is not doing a great job. Is this on purpose? Inquiring minds want to know because why wouldn’t management ensure that they have enough supplies to accommodate customers on a special event day. Because of their continued unpreparedness we have decided to patronize another franchise that is not close to our home. Has anyone else had this experience? Just asking.

I have never experienced such poor customer service until visiting this location. I stood at the register for over 25 minutes waiting to be served and eventually decided to write this review while still waiting. A staff member refused to take my order and another customer’s order, stating, “It’s almost 9 o’clock, I’m not taking any more orders,” even though we were already inside and waiting. I also witnessed the two employees arguing about how to process current customers’ orders, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and unsettling.
The employee who declined to take our order had a poor attitude, and another staff member’s demeanor was unpleasant as well. In addition, the majority of the side ingredients were unavailable.
After finally placing my order, I waited an additional eight minutes for my shake while it sat in the blender as the staff focused on cleaning the station. When I received it, the shake was poorly made and tasted terrible. I regret purchasing it after experiencing such unprofessional and disappointing service.

I frequent this Smoothie King. I always order the same smoothie, The Strawberry Shredder. But today, I try to order from my app and I get a message saying “Online ordering is unavailable.” So I drive over there. When I walk in the tall employee says they’re out of Butter pecan something (didn’t pay it much attention since that’s not what I wanted). So I go to the register and ask for a 32oz Strawberry Shredder. The young girl tells me it’s ONLY available online. Now I have ordered it in store and online MANY times. So I tell her that. She says they can only make it if I tell them what’s in it and how to make it. Excuse me. REALLY!!! So I leave. I order the same smoothie on the app, but at a different location. No problem AT ALL. That tells me the young ladies at the Conyers location just didn’t want to work tonight and may have disabled online ordering at this location. Young folks when you are blessed with a job, be thankful enough to do the job well. Now you have left a long time customer extremely dissatisfied. I have NEVER had such poor service at this location. I hope the owner actually reads the reviews and corrects them in how they manage the customers. Also, this location is usually pretty busy,but there was no one there at 5:45pm (12/2/25). They were cleaning up like it was time to close up. I sent my daughter to get my smoothie from the Panola location (since she was in that area). Terrible customer service is all I got today at Smoothie King- Conyers

GO TO MY LIFESTYLE SMOOTHIE BY PLANET FITNESS!!!! Much better service and your smoothie will taste the same every time. This is the WORST location I’ve ever been to & I’ve been to smoothie kings in worse areas with better service and better tasting smoothies than this one. I’ve had a few not so good experiences here, but I would always try and come back and give them a chance because it’s not expensive and it’s only 2 mins up the street from me. But honey, quality over quantity. I’ll gladly pay an extra $4-$5 for a quality smoothie with quality service at My Lifestyle Smoothie by Planet fitness. The night crew girls are terrible. I ordered the island impact and it tasted like pineapples and water. Just disgusting. Then when I come to get my refund, I ask one of them who made my smoothie, the little girl said “ain’t no telling who made it” like they think people are stupid. They act like they don’t want to work, But I bet if they got fired, they would be sliding down the wall crying. This location needs to be shut down and revamped with new employees. Also, very dirty behind the counter. Terrible. 3.5 rating is wild. Last I checked it was a 3.9. What a shame.

I just wanted to give my props to a young lady lightskin with curly hair runs the store with great profession and cleans up after any mess they had sort of a night rush but she got those customers out the way lol she came up front helped me out within 2 mins made one of the best smoothies I had in a long time !!!! when I asked for her age she told me she was 16 Whoever the owner or manager is you are doing a great job with this young lady she has structure.

Was told my order wouldn’t be taken at 7:30 pm because the site was closed. When the sign clearly says 9 pm . Then the worker told me it depends on what I’m getting (that I’m using my hard earned money to pay for that’s also finding the business that pays non working worker’s light bill “
