I had a really frustrating experience at Smoothie King today. While ordering, we felt rushed and the employee sent our order through before we were even finished speaking or confirming everything. After that, we waited about 15 minutes at the window with no cars in line, which was already disappointing.
When we finally got our drinks, mine tasted terrible. We went back politely asking if it could be remade or if we could get a refund, but were told neither was possible because the manager wasn’t there. The employee at the window didn’t seem to know how to handle the situation, so we asked to speak with the person making that decision. She initially said she couldn’t help, and after asking multiple times she appeared visibly upset before finally agreeing to remake the drink.
Now we’ve been waiting around 30 minutes total just for a replacement smoothie. The lack of communication, long wait times, and refusal to fix a clear issue made this a very disappointing visit. Customer service and problem-solving definitely need improvement here.

Picked up a 2 item order. Food item was delicious. My girlfriend ordered a 44oz Peanut Power with modifications which was a 15$ smoothie. The smoothie was horrible, taste like it was made with water and it was missing obvious ingredients like peanut butter. I called the same day of purchase to report it, spoke to the young gentleman who made the smoothie he said he would refund the smoothie. I called 5 days later after no refund issued. I spoke with the nice young lady who gave me the name of the manager. She took down my # and said she would have the manager call upon arriving. Called back at 5p, manager said he would call me back-NOTHING! I will not be going back to this location.

Very tempting smoothie place with good ambience and welcoming staff.
Their presentation is really good and very tempting.
But they don’t carry bubble tea or similar. Ended up ordering their new addition and it was ok. Not my favorite but sweet and enjoyable.

Tia and Cameron were awesome!! They were friendly, helpful, and respectful. I also appreciated that they wore gloves when fixing my smoothie which other franchise locations don’t do unless asked which tells me that management prioritizes cleanliness. Well done!

This was the first time that I had visited this location. The service was fast and courteous, and the store was very clean. All of our orders were correct. The smoothies tasted good and the bowl was delicious. We look forward to visiting this location again.

Tuesday afternoon actually ran into the owner of Smoothie King Harris Pkway Mall professional polite courteous just like the workers he hired as a reflection of him. I went to the Smoothie King in Harrisburg Square and the 3 young ladies Armoni, Sa’Nariya, and Kamryn did a wonderful job. They managed the flow of orders, anticipated each other’s needs, and that resulted in an exceptional experience and smoothie. As a veteran on Veterans Day, this experience reminded me of what teamwork really looks like.

Shout out to Ali and Coby for their excellent customer service. As a non tech savvy customer, Ali helped me utilize the app to sample Coco Colada Bowl which was delicious as I am a big coconut fan! Coby checked back to see how my husband & I liked the bowl. Highly recommend, we will be back for the full size bowl!
