Every time I come to this location I receive amazing service and great smoothies. However the young men working the closing shift Thursday 2/26 really were incredible. I ordered 4 smoothies and as soon as they finished my 4 year old dropped his and it made a huge mess all over the floor. I felt terrible but the 2 guys working were so kind to me. They remade the smoothie and reassured me it was okay and not to worry about the mess. I wanted to make sure to give them a shout out because their kindness really meant a lot to me.

We recently discovered this new location and had been visiting frequently until mid-July. It was then that things changed. There were only two tables of people waiting for their orders; otherwise “calm” when we placed our order at 12:47pm. We ordered 4 smoothies and a bowl. While waiting, a rush of people came in after us, and we witnessed the staff complete THREE inaccurate smoothies, one of which was ours. Then, multiple people who came in after us, placing orders at the register – not online orders like the young gal tried to blame it on- were all served before I got my smoothie at 1:09 pm. I asked about my smoothie twice, and no one wanted to own up to not making it and placed the blame elsewhere. The three “children” who were working shouldn’t be working together because they clearly cannot prioritize orders or keep focused, as they were like bystanders looking at squirrels running amok (also looking at their cell phones amongst the “chaos”). 22 minutes for 4 smoothies and a bowl is ridiculous. By the time I got back to my vehicle, my children were almost done with their drinks, and by the time we got home, my bowl was almost completely liquified.
Needless to say, we’re not “frequently” visiting any longer, especially since nothing was said or done about this incident. Poor customer service all around. SMH.

There was a girl working in this location on Wednesday December 10th at 9 am, that needs to be properly taught how to greet customers. She did not open her mouth from the time my wife and I walked in or while we ordering she just gave a blank stare at us. We opted to leave and go elsewhere, customer service is definitely lacking these days!

Recently this place has been horrible to go to. Today I went and ordered 3 smoothies, all the same flavor. The place was packed, and they were not really concerned about online orders. It was very disorganized, with workers confused. One man didn’t even get a lid because the worker couldn’t find them. We waited for about 25 mins for the smoothies, which is annoying but not horrible, however, my smoothie was not filled all the way. If I’m paying $8, I would like to have it all the way filled. I can’t believe management finds this okay.

We probably get smoothies here at least once a week. Love the smoothies and everyone is friendly. My only gripe is that they sometimes overfill the already huge cups and the outside of the cup is a mess. I’d rather have a little less smoothie with a clean cup
Update: 4 months later, it started to get better but got smoothies today and overfilled cup again.
Update 11/23/21: Still loving the smoothies, cups are getting cleaner. Thank you staff for trying 🙂

My partner had the peanut power plus smoothie and I sipped a bit from it. Tasted good to me, somewhat bland to him. He prefers it with strawberry, so good to know for next time. The location was clean, conveniently located next to planet fitness and the smoothie was made quickly.
